3 "D" Planning

Long time listener introducing loved ones to the concepts/show.

In which episode do they introduce the concept or "3D" planning, or which ones do they go into a lot of depth on the concept?

Relistening from the beginning to fill the Knowledge Fight shaped hole in my heart and...

The episode on Cuban concentration camps has an interesting lesson in it. The apparently small percentage of the farmers who supported the rebels did not stop the Spanish from rounding up *ALL* of the farmers and housing them in camps.

And at the critical juncture when the rebels had nearly taken Havana the lack of broader support held them back just long enough to allow the empire to set up their first concentration camps.

The people who did not support the revolution were harmed by an imperial force that did not care to distinguish one poor SOB from another. The ones who complied ahead of time were poured into the same mass graves as the ones who fought back.

Just an interesting thought in times like these.

I talked the guy down to 3500, but am still on the fence due to age/mileage. On one hand, old. On the other, big Toyota engine so it should last a while.

Please guide a noob
