Can’t decide my next purchase

I own an iPhone 12 128GBs, it did its job perfectly for all these years but currently I’m running out of storage and i charge my device twice a day, i also use an android as my second phone.
I really can’t decide whether i go for the air 512 GBs or 17 pro max 256 GBs or should i just wait for the 18 Pro Max or Air 2 ?
