Is this a flatworm? Or like, a gross shit?
I made this ecosphere recently(yesterday) and sealed up, today ive opened it to put in some stuff (a stick, a rock with moss, some leaves that i took out later and some bark) and after the comotion of the water stirring and all, these things appeared for a brief moment and than disappeared again(cant find them on the glass no mo) so are they aquatic flatworms or some other gross shit? Either way imma treat them the same way(doing nothing and watching) just wanted to know because i really like the triangle head flatworm for no particular reason 😃

Materials to avoid when building ecospheres?
Ive built my first ecosphere recently and used a cork alongside some cut up wallmart paper bags for the seal(with the cork itself, the water was still evaporating), but ive asked some AIs(sorry i didnt really knew where to ask) and they said the material that they are made of could be dangerous and may poison the system itself, so is this true? Also what some 100% no goes when it comes to this?
Also, the cut up paper bags are on top of the cork, not under
