What’s harder in a startup: getting the first 10 customers or getting the next 100? 'I will not promote'

I keep hearing that the first few customers are the hardest, but I’m curious if founders found the opposite once the initial network/referrals dried up.

What actually changed for you as you moved from early customers to consistent growth?

What's one beginner mistake you wish someone had stopped you from making?

Mine was thinking every workout had to leave me sore to be effective. It took me way too long to realize that consistency and progressive overload matter more.

What's the one mistake you made when you first started lifting that you'd warn every beginner about?

Do brits actually find it difficult to stay active during winter?

I always hear people blame the British weather for not getting outside, but I'm curious how much of a factory it actually is.

Do you genuinely become less active during the colder, darker months, or do you just carry on as normal ?

And if your routine does change, what do you usually do instead?

What's one gym habit that gave you the biggest results, even though it seemed insignificant at first?

I've been wondering about the small habits that quietly make a big difference over time. Not PRs or fancy programs, just simple things that seemed insignificant at first but ended up giving you the best results

What was that one habit for you, and why do you think it worked?

Suggest some leg exercises

I have seen people trying really hard to tighten their lower body muscles but face difficulty. I practice squats, lunges and glute bridges.

What is your leg day strategy?

Any suggestions would be of great help..
