Vale un pequeño rant:

Raras veces voy al cine y si es que voy veo las películas en VOSE, ayer me fui a ver backrooms y cometi el error de ir a verla doblada al español.

Fue la peor experiencia que tuve en un cine, pero no por qué la película estaba doblada, pues la verdad que una vez me a acostumbre no es mucho problema, el verdadero problema fue que el cine estaba lleno de niños, hablando sin parar y gritando 67 por algún motivo, quitaban fotos con flash.

Lo que más me sorprendió es que en realidad se ponían a gritar 67, pensé que south park estaba exagerando pero no, en realidad se ponen a decir esa tontería, fue un shock.

Bueno pues no pude terminar de ver la película, simplemente me levanté y me fui, no dije nada ni les hablé, simplemente me levanté y me fui, no podía prestar atención a la película pues era imposible, la próxima vuelvo a verla en VOSE a ver si así al menos no van estos niños.

Hi guys, so I am a hardware guy (Digitakt), never touched a DJ controller before, my gf is pretty good at mixing DnB, so she is teaching me how to mix, dnb is pretty straight forward, 32 bar phrases, breakdowns and intros are easy to follow one after the other, so I can mix one phrase and go to another, quite easy.

But tekno is a bit different, some songs are structured on 32 bar phrases, others go all wild every 8 bars, so almost every song is a bit different than the next, every time I want to switch from one to the other either I have to be super quick on the best matching to get in with the 8 bar intro that some songs give me, others are quite wild and other simply go straight to the drop without any wait.

So my question here is what is the best technique to mix tekno, you guys use memory queues to mark the drops? How many bars you usually allow for changing from one song to the other? How do you guys make sure that the phrases are in sync? Like if I want drops to match on some of the wild songs?

Any tips or videos that you guys have are welcomed :D

Heyooo, so I got myself a cheap tr-8s to pair up with my Digitakt 2, I was wondering if someone here has the same setup and if you guys have any tips on how to route everything, like to use the side chain and fx from the tr8s? Maybe route everything directly to the tr8s, cuz it has more FXs than the DT 2, and want to use them but I also want to sample stuff back to the DT2, my unit is arriving in two days and I am trying to get into the mindset of using both machines.

My idea was to use the TR8 as a straight up drum machine, DT for long samples, breaks, textures, pads and shit like that, but the audio routing is my thing, cuz I kinda wanna use the side chain either the one on the DT2 or the TR8

Also if it matters I do mostly tribe tekno, neuro DnB and kinda duby jungle, so side chain is kinda needed for me xd

So for context I got the controller only to be able to play fps games from the couch, I really suck at aiming with sticks but I found that the trackpad is quite niceeee, I use it with the trackball behavior on, and the trackpads as mouse, but my issue is that is a bit twitchy on small movements, how do you guys use the trackpads for FPS games?
