"Buy where you want to stay"... does it really matter?

I have stayed at just about every disney property over my lifetime of visits. One thing I know is that I NEVER stay off property. Also I don't ever stay at the value resorts either. That said, will it really make a difference if I purchase SSR resale points if I don't plan on staying there? I mean, I will stay at saratoga over a value any day. But why buy resale points at BLT or Boardwalk if I can get a cheaper contract at SSR?

can someone explain the points/use year?

I am looking at buying resale. If I buy this contract can I use 125 points this November? and then will still have 125 point to use this coming march? I am still confused with the banking/borrowing points and how to use them during the year. thanks!

hair thinning is so bad...

my doc prescribed it for me but I am afraid to start minoxidil. did you have any side effects? did it help with your thinning hair? are you happy with your results?
