How to take tight wristband off?
Currently in London for Metallica, I have procrastinated taking off my wristband and it's now really tight.
I am in a hotel without scissors so can't cut it off, how would i get it off?

Ok some context
I have two trips to London up from Manchester this month (one to see Metallica and another for My Chemical Romance.)
Both times I am getting the train up on the morning of the gig (one at 10am the other is a morning Superfare.)
However heatwaves are likely again and I am worried my service will be cancelled - so what happens?
Do they bundle everyone on the next service? due to the length I can't imagine taxis
I am not talking about legacy sequels (Top Gun Maverick ect) where enough time has passed to generate hype. I mean films that came out 4-6 years ago that are getting sequels now that really shouldn't have waited that long.
For example Violent Night 2, If this came out in 2024 (or even 2023 if they wanted to rush another out) people probably would have been interested, however 4 years later I just don't think people are interested anymore, similar to Nobody 2 from last year you aren't exactly striking while the iron is hot.
I also think Mutant Mayhem 2 could suffer. Yeah toy sales will probably be fine but TMNT isn't exactly a cultural phenomenon anymore and the first movie didn't light the world on fire, I know animation takes a while but the gaps between the movies isn't the most ideal and it does have the goodwill of Spiderverse to carry it.
Anything else I have forgotten?
Normally heatwaves are 2-3 days long, enough time to enjoy the nice weather and just before things get horrible it cools down.
However after this almost 7 day affair everyone is struggling to cope, high humidity, bedrooms like ovens and people are already tired and irritable.
However we are just gonna get more of this throughout summer aren't we?? If this was end of August I'd be more optimistic but we still have 2 months to go and I wouldn't be shocked if September has more in store too.
I'm just tired, I want to go to work normally, I want my public transport to stop being cancelled and sweaty, I want cool mornings and nights l want my pets to be ok, I want people in schools and hospitals to be ok, Shops freezers are dying, Wildlife is struggling, I want to cook and eat normally, My house looks like a mess because I haven't been able to do chores normally.
I actually don't mind being outdoors but when you've had enough you can't escape, nights are still warm and short, houses build up heat and the humidity makes it feel like I am breathing soup.
I just want my normal life back man.
I can't stop thinking about my cat in this heat.
He's an indoor cat so the risks are much less than an outdoor cat but I am so worried he's gonna get ill especially because he's old too and already past the average lifespan.
Normally he begs for food but I have noticed he isn't doing that as much, he also keeps going infront of windows and other roasting areas of the house and there isn't much I can do.
I'll turn on a fan and make sure his water is filled but if anything happened to him I would feel eternally guilty.
So for context my area is gonna reach highs of 32° today
Tomorrow it's 26° and then 21° on sunday. There isn't any big thunderstorm or rain to clear the air like normal, we were forecast some but it hasn't arrived.
Because my bedroom is currently like a furnace and has builti up so much heat I feel like nothing is gonna change and it's still gonna be a million degrees in here.
I know it looks like a big drop off but I feel like the damage has been done already. I don't know if it's substantial enough to cool the house down.
I really wish it would just become much colder for a bit so everywhere would cool down before slowing climbing back up so our bodies can adjust.
I guess this is now turning to a rant but I miss my cool mornings and nights. It shouldn't be 25° at 8am.
When are people gonna realise this statement is outdated now.
This is our second major heatwave this year and even between them it was floating around 20 degrees (at least in my area.)
It's no longer "the UK has no sun" and the AC units don't get used for "just 3 days" like everyone says
I feel no pressure to enjoy blistering heat when I know another heatwave is around the corner, especially since we are only in June.
Was this what 2023 was like??? I would genuinely die if we had this heat at Download.
Especially in that arena with little shade.
I need to listen to some new bands/artists but don't know where to start nor who to go for.

I just wanna see what other people listen to and recommend - genre doesn't matter as I am trying to broaden my horizons but I am very much a metalhead/alternative music enjoyer.

It doesn't matter how big the artist is I just wanna hear what's not left your headphones as of recent.
Couldn't be bothered doing a full lineup so I predicted what the logo slots could be
There's alot of negativity on this sub (some for good reason tbh) but I want to highlight the food vendors because everything I ate was good and I wanna highlight some of my favourites

Steak Frites - The steak with chimicurri sauce was absolutely amazing, tender and a big portion.

Roaming Rotisserie - With the PayPal discount it was £20 for a whole chicken, potatoes, stuffing and gravy. Split with my partner and that's a £10 meal right there and it was to die for.

Oink BBQ - The most tender brisket I have ever had - I didn't even need to chew
Anyone else get this? I am incredibly excited but I get nervous the day before every year? I guess I panic over stuff going wrong (coach troubles, not being able to carry everything, tent problems ect.)
Friends who I am camping with will probably get there before me? Is it a dick move for them to save a space - especially because black seems popular
mines the bottom one his is at the top
Can you take a suitcase onto the big green coach rather than a camping backpack? if so what are the size limits?
Hold Me Closer (Sweden 2022) is doing the rounds on social media at the moment with many saying it would have won in other years.
I have tried listening to that song many times but it just never clicks with me. Most Eurovision favourites normally do but I just don't get it with this song. Doesn't help that I don't get what the spinning circle is in the staging.
Staying on the topic of 2022 I always disliked Eat Your Salad (Latvia 2022) It had one "funny" line and the rest was abysmal on the ears. I remember everyone being so sure the juries tanked this televote darling only to find out the televote gave it less points than juries.
When I ask this I mean to pick up other passengers? I went from Manchester last year and we went straight to Download but I am going from a smaller place this year and wondering if they stop for others?
Also has the usual wines and soft drinks (J20 and Lipton Kombucha added too which I believe is new)
Going with some friends tomorrow, but we wanna leave before it becomes a club
Where about is it (since it is never on the maps)
Do you buy a tent each or is there bigger tents for multiple people? And do you pay per tent or per person?
