I am a Spanish speaker, I am English fluent and decided to start Japanese next week. I have been doing some research, and some people say kanji is difficult, I learned about the other alphabets like hiragana and katakana. But I haven’t done anything as I wanna wait for my classes, how was your journey with the language? Did you tried to stop learning it? How did it go for you?
Unlike the academy, we see Dorothea during the war quieter and worried about her friends, we do see her smile yes. And even tease or joke in other supports but at least I cannot remember her flirting with a knight or something (I know it could be off screen but at least I cannot see her flirting in this phase) as Dorothea here isn’t focused on that.
I was watching Her interactions with Byleth in both routes and I noticed that in CF she is more mature and less happy but didn’t lose her smile completely. Her supports are the same, although with the CF exclusive characters (Edel and Hubert) she is serious but with Edelgard she teases her a little bit. Then we have SS where at least I never noticed her smiling. The only thing I like about her here is that she takes care of orphan children but other than that she is depressed as fuck and only shares her thoughts on what’s going on (in CF she does that too, but it’s happy that her housemates aren’t dying at least)
In this support (Hubert and Dorothea’s A) she says she just thinks about herself, however I haven’t noticed that. She is constantly worried about her friends during the war and she stopped looking for a partner during these events, why the heck she is saying this lol?
I made some research and the church was founded 41 years before the imperial calendar… but what are your thoughts?

Dorothea helped Edelgard with whatever she could even though she was depressed because of the war and the professor missing she tried to raise her classmates morale.

Getting emotional here lol but I really rely a lot on Dorothea as I think she is a strong person and she has such a good writing. I usually have family issues and as a fan of her, her merch (plushies) help me to keep going idk why. I know it’s stupid to feel like this but it’s that type of character I love idk
