I've been on 5mg for 4 weeks. Generally, my anxiety has been well-tolerated for the past 1-2 weeks. However, tomorrow I have breakfast at a restaurant with my family, and the apprehension I feel tonight is killing me. I don't know how I'll be able to sit down at the restaurant, wait to be served, eat, wait for the bill, etc. It will be the first time at a restaurant with my baby since I gave birth. It stresses me out so much. I'm afraid I'll have all the physical symptoms of anxiety. First panic attack since I take Lex.

For those who suffer from agoraphobia and used to take benzodiazepines before going out, do you still need benzodiazepines or does Lexapro work well? What dose do you take?
I’m on 5mg since more rhan 3 weeks. My anxious thoughts have decreased significantly but I’m still unable to go out without taking lorazepam.

A few hours after taking my pill, I start to feel anxious. I imagine this is when the medication is most active in my body. Has anyone else noticed this? I've been on the 5mg dose for over three weeks.

J’ai acheter des billets pour la presentation de 15h car il y a moins de gens a cette heure au cinema, surtout lorsqu’il fait beau. J’ai peur de faire une crise de panique et de ne pas etre capable de me rendre au cinema, ou d’entrer dans le cinema. V’est quoi bos trucs pour passer par dessus la peur d’avoir peur? Je sais qu’aussitot que je vais me preparer a partir demain, je vais me sentir anxieuse, etourdi, nauseeuse..

It’s Day 18 on 5mg. I’ve had significant side effects from the start. For the past few days, I’ve been dealing with anxiety and waking up very early in the morning. I used to take 0.5mg of lorazepam in the morning and another dose later in the day. For the last few days, I haven't been taking the morning dose, and I’ve been doing pretty well. Yesterday, I tried skipping the evening dose. That was a huge mistake—I slept terribly. I’m wondering if, at Day 18, I’m ready to stop taking lorazepam altogether.

Any advice or similar story.

J’ai besoin de positif ! J’ai commencer a prendre du cipralex 5mg pour de l’anxiete. J’ai accoucher il y a deux mois et mon anxiete a augmenter vraiment beaucoup. J’ai une fille de 7 ans et mon bebe de 2 mois. Mon conjoint travaille le jour en semaine et je me retrouve seule avec les filles. Le hic c’est que ca fait 2 jours que je prend le cipralex ( j’en profites mon conjoint est en conger 3 jours) et je vis les effets secondaires. Nausées fatigue etourdissement tremblement et anxiete amplifié. Comment survivre aux premieres semaines tout en s’occupant des enfants et en aillant les nuits couper par les boires de bebe.

J’ai deux enfnats a la maison. Une grande de presque 8 ans et une petite de 2 mois. Depuis mon retour a la maison, apres mon accouchement, je fait de l’anxiete pour tout. Gros symptomes physiques. Ca devient difficile de vivre ma vie. Je vois ma medecin le 4 aout, c’est loin. J’ai aussi un rdv aujourd’hui avec un psy pour commencer la tcc. Je recherche des serie thriller limite horreur mais pas teop car ma fille de 7 ans beux trop regarder et je ne veux pas qu’elle fasse de cauchemar. J’ai recemment regarder widows bay que j’ai adorer et je suis en attente des prochains episodes de cape fear sur apple tv. J’ai pas mal toutes les platformes a part paramount. Alors, qu’avez-vous a me proposer?

Quoi faire avec une petite de 2 mois qui ne veux absolument pas dormir dans la journee? Elle dort de 19-20h jusqua 4-5h le lendemain matin mais dans la journee rien. On a tout essayer et rien ne fonctionne elle dort quelques minutes dans mes bras apres le boire mais elle se reveille toujours et ne veux plus dormir. Elle devient tres grognonne pljs la journee avance.

Que faire?
