I recently purchased 2 pillows from Restlinens due to their reviews and returns policy. After 2 weeks, the pillows are not comfortable for me. I emailed the company for return instructions, no reply. I searched the company on BBB and holy sweet Jesus. A boat load of complaints about Restinens not honoring their returns policy. A lot of people contacted the company, but Restlinens didn't respond. There are other site reviews also and same issue. Restlinens doesn't honoring their returns policy. Has anyone here successfully got their full refund from Restlinens? If so, how did you do it? I disputed the charge w my cc. I told them that I did not authorize this transaction. They're looking into it.

Child Custody Revision

[CA] - My custody order goes like this. My ex gets 4 weeks of vacation with our kid;I get 1 week. In the past, I get my loss custody days backs due to her vacation interfers with my custody days. This year, I told her that I want the loss custody days back, she said no. Also, per the Stipulation and Order, I'm entitled to 4th of July with my kid on odd numbered years. She denied me of this date so far.

I retained a lawyer, all she did was reviwed my court order and reviewed my write up as to why I deserve for more parenting times. We haven't filed a single document with the court yet and it costed me $3,475 so far. I dont have another $10K sitting around and my ex knows it that's why she's not following court order. She knows that I can't afford a lawyer.

I want more times with my kid, but can't afford to keep my blood sucking lawyer. If this drags on, it will cost me over $10K easily.

What are my options? Ask for a discount?

I asked a woman to exchange #s, she said I'm don't give out my # that easily. Let me think about it. Is this a rejection? Should I pursue or move on? After the third failed attempt, I moved on. About a month later, she over heard me talking to another woman over the phone. After we hung up, about 5 mins later, she approached me and tried to get me interested in her again. Of course, I've already moved on. The following day, I saw her and smile. She gave me that dirty look, LOL!
