I had to pause for 2 weeks due to surgery and today I wanted to take my injection and I realized that just by accident, the pen was very close to the fridge wall.
It felt very cool, but the liquid looks normal. But I am now wondering, if there is a test to know if it has been frozen? Fridge is at 4 degrees Celsius.

The title says it all. I am looking for historical fantasy books like The Anubis Gates, preferably in an Ancient World setting, but I am not picky. Should be real world with a lot of history and a touch of magic/paranormal stuff.

First things first: My book has been recently published and the few readers I have had so far loved it. My ads are seen (Amazon, Tiktok, Instagram), but for some reasons I am not getting a lot sales.
I have double checked the cover and description and that's not the problem. I feel that it's the marketing and that I am reaching the wrong people.
I have now found a company (It's legit, I checked) that offers marketing advise for indie writers.
Has anyone hired someone like this and did you see results?
I am unsecure, because it's a significant amount of money, but I am wondering, if it's a better investment, that ads that don't generate sales.

Please note, that I have done everything to identify the problem and watched youtube videos etc. The fact is, that I can't find the problem, which is why I am considering hiring the company.

I am currently running some ads trying to generate data regarding key words that generate click. I then have created a report, but when I download it, the search is gibberish like this:

I have an issue with my ARCs, which is why, I couldn't do it before publication (Long story, doesn't matter!), not I have the problem, that I am struggling to get reviews and hence to make sales. I have zero page reads on KU, despite the feedback on cover etc. from people who actually read it being great. So I was thinking removing it from KU and instead going back to booksprout. Anyone has ever done that?
I am really desperate here and I even have stopped an acquaintance (whom I haven't seen in 10 years) who loves the book from reviewing it, because I am afraid amazon will block my account. Several influencers have given the book stellar reviews online, but still nothing. I am running out of ideas at this stage.
I am currently trying to start my first amazon ad campagne and don't know what makes sense: A manual campagne or an automated campagne, because sources vary. What makes sense in your experience, when you are just starting to collect data?
A little background first: I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder several years ago, but have been weened off medication. I have been managing fairly well for around 10 years without medication.
I started with Mounjaro around 3 months ago at 2,5 mg (I am still on 2,5 mg). At first I was amazed, because what little anxiety I had left, was gone. I was feeling incredible.
For around 6 weeks now however, I am starting to feel significantly more anxious now. It's gotten way worse than before Mounjaro.
Anybody has had a similar experience? I am still loosing weight constantly, which is why I haven't up my dosage, but I am beginning to wonder, if I should up my dose to get rid of the anxiety. I should mention also that I am currently writing my thesis, which is why I am under a lot of stress. My doctor suggested to wait until after to see, if this might be the trigger of the anxiety.
Anyone has had a similar experience?
Ich wollte jetzt mal Werbung auf Amazon schalten, um das Ganze mal zu test, aber ich habe aktuell Probleme damit zu verstehen, was ich bei Werbetreibenden für das jeweilige angeben muss.
Mein Buch wurde unter einem Pseudonym veröffentlicht und ich würde maximal dieses in der Werbung eingeblendet sehen wollen. Das Hilfedokument ist leider nicht wirklich hilfreich sondern nur sehr vage. Hat jemand damit Erfahrung oder kann mir Tipps geben, wo ich die Information finde?
I have seen an ad several times on insta and am pretty sure it was Disturbia (not so sure anymore). I have seen it yesterday and today I wanted to buy it and can't find it anywhere.
It like a kimono/long cardigan, that can be worn as a top. It's buttoned around the chest area and floor long. The colors are black/dark blue and purple and the material is some sort of guipure-style lace mesh. It's incredible and I am obsessed with this piece! Anyone knows where to find it? Or at least has a picture so I can try a google search?
