Hey y’all, I’m new to the area and wanted to ask if anyone has recommendations for a stylist for kids? Specifically ASD kiddos. My daughter hates having her hair cut and the loud blow dryer, but she will sit through it with someone who’s patient and quick at the same time. Is there anyone in the area who’s experienced with this??

Hey y’all. I am new to the area, and I am in search of a daycare/ program my daughter can attend while school is still out. She is 9, ASD, and yes I have tried going through insurance/ I have asked several people in our team. We just moved July 1, and in our previous area, it was significantly smaller and less equipped. I am going to be starting a new job in August and I would appreciate finding a safe place she can attend for a few hours of the day. Any help is appreciated, and please keep negative/hateful comments to yourself. I am simply exploring options.

I am new to the area and for the life of me, I cannot find anything I like/feel comfortable buying. Specifically my boyfriend and I are looking for an abstract/slightly geometrical, soft rug. Preferably bigger than 8X10, and non-slip underneath. We have tried looking online/ websites, and we’re not finding anything that we agree on.

Any suggestions?? We’re open to flea markets as well.

Edit; we have looked at a few places in-person, and we did not like any of the material/feel. Since we’re not familiar with the area we just want to get an idea of places to check out as well!

Hey all- just a quick question about ABA in RR/Georgetown. We are moving to Gtown over the summer and I’m looking to get my kiddo into ABA. Specifically a clinical setting, not in-home. Does anyone know of any good places/companies?

* I am fully aware that ABA is not for everyone, every family is different. Right now this is a good option for *my* family.
