My laptop keeps beeping after I press power button, but once it boots up (reaches windows 10) everything works fine.

this video is a small part and the beeping feels irregular, like I couldn't figure out the beep code

Timeline:-

A few days ago I did a network reset, but windows decided to do 22H2 update , that update failed and after that the beep problem started

Then it was successfully updated after I ran windows update troubleshooter and updated

But even after successful updates this still persists

Note:- • the background noise is not the laptop

I did a network reset, it said wildows will restart in 5 minutes , after that it was stuck in getting windows ready(image 1), then after like 30 minutes it showed wildows will restart , and then it said windows ram into a problem and then it is stuck in this screen(image 2), I can hear beeping noises from the laptop.
