I used to buy my Minky from Stoffhummel as the selection is amazing, however as of lately their Service has really fallen off.
Shipping is way overpriced considering how they’re actually shipping it. You have to pay full price for shipping, and they’ll ship it as a cheaper non reroute-able “Kleinpaket”. Which usually leads to me to having to pick it up at a Post office fairly far away. The only way to circumvent this is by making a bulk order over 60€. But i just don’t need that much fabric. To add on top of this they take ages to actually ship things. According to them my order was ready on the next day but still hasn’t been handed over to Delivery. I wouldn’t be nearly as mad if i had options.
Also the fact that i have to pay for a fabric sample.

The other option is Kullaloo, but right now they’re renovating and don’t sell minky and their selection isn’t that good to begin with.
So does anyone know of any other shops that sell a good variety of minky and have normal shipping?
I really don’t want to have to rely on Stoffhummel.
First of all i‘ve been in a lot of different fandoms over the years, but i‘ve never seen anything like this.
Like in any Fandom there’s a certain percentage of people who like correcting sometimes even harassing people, artists, writers over headcanons/ other interpretations of a character. You know the usual „this isn’t canon, and here‘s why you’re wrong“ crowd.
But what i‘ve never seen is, that these same people hold a certain belief that absolutely just isn’t canon at all, but i guess they gaslit themselves into thinking that it is. Going as far as ignoring official statements, pretending plot holes aren’t plot holes at all. And you guessed it, correcting people.
Did i just manage to not notice it in other fandoms? Does your fandom have something like this? There has to be something like this with other fandoms.
While listening to Man on the Moon by Zella Day I remembered another song with a similar vibe.
I was dead sure it was either called Space boy, Space man, star boy, or star man. But when searching it doesn’t come up. All i find is David Bowie, the Weekend and Sam Ryder.
The music video was very similar to the one for Everyone is Dumb, just had more pinkish colortheme. I remember a little austronaut figurine.
It was sung by a girl. Im sure the lyrics were romanticising the austronaut.
I found it through TikTok, but the video that featured it has been deleted.
It might have been a popular song there, but I don’t use TikTok much, so I can’t really speak on that.
