power-brooming and steam sanitizing synthetic turf for luxury dog daycares

dog daycares with artificial turf yards get matted down flat after two months, and the urine odor gets trapped deep in the silica sand infill. pressure washers just blast the sand everywhere and ruin the turf backing.

i bought a walk-behind rotary power broom and an enzyme foam sprayer off marketplace for $450. i roll up on Sunday evenings after closing. i spray the bio-cleaner, run the power broom to stand the turf blades upright, and suck the debris out. charge $350 per yard. takes 45 minutes and the facility owners book me on recurring monthly contracts.
