Hi, I have been recently feeling more aches in the summer with my arms and legs feeling quite achey and my chest will occasionally sting, it's not unbearable, like a 4/10 pain. Overall I just feel really run down and achey.. so I used Dr Google and it tells me it could be due to Summer dehydration as this only started once temperatures started increasing since I am in England and temperatures are reaching 36 and 37 degrees. Does anyone else struggle? Is this something to worry about?
Hi, recently figured out I'm trans and i just wanted to ask about how someone would go about getting HRT in York. I will be moving to York in September where I plan to experiment with these things out more but I wanted to ask where is best to start HRT because I heard NHS waiting lists can be years and years. I get so much gender envy from seeing other trans women, I just wish I was like them and I didn't have all these doubts, I want to be Amber. My original name makes me so uncomfortable
