Steam sale

Overall budget is 130 Euro, what games would you recommend for my budget? 🤔 The games that im currently playing are RDR2, Cyberpunk 2077, Skyrim, Doom Eternal and etc. My all time favourite games are the Outlast games, I absolutely love that franchise. I recently also bought a controller so i wanna make the most out of it too. Currently the games im debating about:
Forza Horizon 6 - full price sigh
Re4 remake - Ive beaten re2remake and re3 but i haven’t played 4 yet. I watched re7,8 and 9 gameplay so i dont wanna waste money on them when i already know the story.
Monster Hunter - debating between wilds and world, wilds seems more beautiful and gameplay wise is probably more polished, worlds on the other hand is cheaper by quite a bit
Uncharted legacy of thieves collection- ive heard good things about uncharted and i saw some 007 gameplay and heard uncharted is similar to it so that seems like a fun game
GoW - ive never seen gow gameplay so thankfully the story hasnt been spoiled to me yet, ive only seen videos and edits online of the game and it looks both beautiful and interesting
Black Myth Wukong - im interested in trying a “souls” game (and my controller is also black myth wukong themed hehe)
Elden ring, Sekiro - i decided to dump both games here cuz i believe they’re considered both souls games and as i mentioned previously i feel like trying one
Heres some more games that ill dump here from my wishlist that id like to try: Crimson Desert, Silent Hill 2, The Last of Us part 1, ghost of tsushima, e33, ready or not

As you can probably tell theres ALOOT of games that i wanna try but budget is limited so i gotta pick like 1 or 2 or maybe more games if theres any good ones on sale. I accept suggestions outside of the games i mentioned too!

Graphics card advice

Currently using a gtx 980 Ti on a 1440p 27” 240Hz monitor. Most demanding games i play are Cyberpunk and RDR2, im interested in also buying games like Subnautica 2, GTA 6 (when it comes out) and basically newer AAA titles.
I have a ~450 eur budget and i ordered a rx 9060 XT 16gb Hellhound but I was told at that price buying a used rtx 3080 is better. So now i’m conflicted, what would be the best choice longterm? RTX 3080 for around ~350 eur or a rx 9060 XT for ~450 eur? I also saw a 7900 GRE for 440 eur used. I like the warranty that you get buying new but i also want a well performing card at 1440p that’ll give me a better experience than what i have right now (playing cyberpunk at 1440p using fsr3 at low/medium settings getting 47ish fps) and will last me a while.

Question for upgrade

Not a request
Basically, I made a pc back on New Year 2026 but i had no money for a gpu so i used a gtx 980 Ti to game on 1440p till now. I’ve been playing cyberpunk at 40fps on low to medium settings using FSR. My question is would a rx 9060 XT be a huge upgrade and would it be enough to keep me happy on 1440p?
