Hey everyone, looking for advice on what you guys are doing. I understand that this is not medical advice, ut advice coming from experience.
I started Tirz 3 weeks ago at 15 units. I pin on Sunday’s. This week was my bump up to 30 units (last Sunday). Here are my questions:
The instructions say to stay at 30 units for 2-4 weeks before bumping up to 45 units. How do I know when I should bump up?
Do you guys split your doses instead of pinning once a week? I split my TRT into 2 injections per week and was wondering if there was a benefit to doing that with Tirz.
Have you had any negative side effects? If so, what are they and how long does it last? Is it ongoing?
Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated!
The title says it. Willing to purchase or trade heavily in your favor! Thank you!

The title pretty much says it! Hey everyone, I've been creeping on this sub for quite a while now and I am very new to all of this. I started TRT seven months ago and it's been pretty life-changing.
I'm a 38-year-old male and I am a avid gym goer. I am definitely not a bodybuilder or an athlete but I'd like to consider myself above average in the fitness department.
I'm 5 foot seven, 200 pounds, and about 24% body fat.
I started at 200 mg a week of testosterone, injecting 100 mg on Sunday and 100 mg on Thursday. After three months I got my first blood work and my testosterone had jumped from 300 to 1650. I dialed it back to 120 mg a week and just recently got my second blood work after three more months (6 months in) and my testosterone came back right at 1000.
Again, I'm not a bodybuilder an athlete but I have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I feel like my diet is very very clean, my gym schedule is extremely consistent (five days a week), and I get plenty of rest.
So, even though I'm pretty muscular, I have always been on the chunky side. I've been stuck around 22 to 24% body fat for most of my life.
I get my testosterone through a local clinic and I recently just ordered tirzepatide with them.
I know I'm gonna hear a bunch of people tell me I should use Rata, and believe me I'm very interested, but I was very reluctant because it hasn't been completely approved yet where tirzepatide has.
The doctor at the clinic I go to is great and he is helping with the process, but I still wanted to reach out and here to see if anybody else had any advice or experiences you would be willing to share.
Obviously, my main goal is to lose fat and recomposition my body. I understand that there are risks to losing lean muscle during the process, so I was curious what you guys have done to help mitigate that risk. I was told to eat at least 1 oz of protein per pound I weigh to try to maintain muscle while on this peptide.
Anything else you guys would be willing to share would be great. Thank you 🫡
