We are a french family in Tacna right now,
And some friend we met told us that they were protests making bus unable to go to Arequipa and Puno. Do you guys know when the blockades will stop ? We maybe consider buying plane tickets to Lima but we would miss Puno, so we dont know what to do. Stay a bit in Tacna and hope for the protest to stop ? Or leave to Lima…

Hello, we are 3 male french tourists coming in Rio in two days and we were looking for maybe one part of the trip more in the beach side and the other one more in the center of the city.

We had a bad surprise at sao paulo, living in a bad part of the city (cracolandia which we didnt know at first) so i wanted to ask here what are the best / safest neighbourhoods to rent hotel / hostel.

We are definetly not broke but we won’t stay in expensive hotels as we’re students fresh out of study.
