My derm cleared me of cancer and fungus on my fingernails :/ but the darkening has persisted for a while now. Did not show her my toe nails bc I’m embarrassed. What do you guys think?

Good evening ladies, any hair stylist recommendations for someone trying to achieve this hair color? Preferably in queens or manhattan, thanks a bunch!
