Finished these half tracks roughly based on this photograph. This Warsaw uprising force is really allowing me to be super creative it’s been a great time so far
(Also it’s my first time using green stuff for the flags so be kind lol)
This army is gunna look crazy. I wanted to finish all my gun teams first so I could get my guns glued to bases. I think tanks and vehicles are gunna be next cause that legitimately might not take much time.

Slowly but surely getting paint on these guys. These two gun bases just need a matte varnish and they’ll be done but I’m waiting to do all 6 guns at the same time

I have finally finished building and basing my next tournament army. Feeling pretty content with how it’s looking all built now it’s time to put paint on it
I’m trying to break my perfectionist tendencies which always leads me to losing steam on armies and stopping. My goal for my Custodes is to do effective but relatively quick paint jobs that have good results without being display level.
This took me a little under 4 hours to do and I’m happy with it

Finally finished building my 18 venatari 😭 got two 6 man units with spears and a 6 man with pistol and shield…at this point I think I could build these guys with my eyes closed 😂

I wanted to ask and see what folks think the likelihood of a shield captain on jump pack option becoming available eventually?
For my list I’m building out I’d love the option and with the new plastic venatari it seems super reasonable they’d give the option

Ngl I’m super excited to paint this up. The build was very smooth and the clean up wasn’t bad at all. The only thing was I think the person I bought it from gave me the wrong base stud so I had to do some pinning so it wouldn’t slump forward otherwise it was a breeze.
I’m thinking of picking one of these up to represent my shield captain on jet bike. I’ve only ever built forge world characters so this would be one of my first vehicles and I’ve heard mixed reviews on the vehicles so I wanted to see if anyone could tell me their experience with this kit.

I think they’re really cool and think they could do some fun stuff with it and with the new plastic minis it would be more accessible than ever
I’m getting into 40k/horus heresy and I decided to go with Custodes. Was able to snag probably the last battle group box in a 75 mile radius and I’m hoping for advance on how to build on the battle group starting point.
I know I want to get some of the venatari once I get this box built but outside of that I’m looking for guidance on where might make sense to go after that.
