Disappointed in moh

I’m getting married this month (yay!) and so excited. My maid of honor has been a really close friend for years. For some reason though we’ve trailed off this past year (wedding planning year). Another one of my bridesmaids got married a month ago (Sarah) and we had pretty much the same bridal party. My MOH who is very close to me and newly friends with the other girl, would kind of put Sarah’s wedding first. For example, my MOH would come to me about costs and how mine and Sarah’s are so close together. I understand so I paid for the entire Bach house and my mom hosted the shower, to keep costs lower for my girls. What bothers me is that these girls felt comfortable to come to me about costs, but never went to Sarah about costs. Isn’t it fair to talk to both brides about concerns? I did the math and we spent about $2k on Sarah’s wedding and mine have spent about $500 on mine
Another thing, my MOH was the only one who came with me to get my 👗. She told some of the girls what it looked like and how much it cost (it was on sale and she’s the type to gossip about that)
Now, here it is wedding week and I haven’t heard from my MOH at all. Another bridesmaid and good friend of mine helped my mom plan and decorated the bridal shower, she’s doing my rehearsal bouquet, she’s texting me almost everyday about how excited, asking how I’m feeling etc. idk I’m just upset about how my MOH has been during this whole process. She has always been like a sister to me but it seems like she is not even interested.

. Just did my bridal shower florals and it was so fun! I’ve always loved flowers and have had a passion for plants and flowers. Does anyone have any advice on how I can make my next arrangement better based on the ones pictured here? Thanks!
