Zomato, Blinkit, Rapido — even delivery jobs have “no vacancy” now?

A Zomato delivery guy was cribbing to me recently that his brother came from another state to support their family here in Pune, but couldn’t even find a delivery job. He said there are hardly any openings and too many people waiting for the same work.

Now his brother is hunting for anything he can get cooking, security, housekeeping, whatever. He was saying the competition is crazy everywhere.

Honestly, it feels like people are struggling to find work at almost every level. Everyone is just trying to get something that pays the bills.

पंडित साहेब, थेट पुण्यातल्या RTO ऑफिसमध्ये जे आम नागरिक करू शकत नाहीत, ते हा माणूस करताना दिसतोय. पोलीस आपल्या पदाचा आणि अधिकाराचा कसा गैरफायदा घेतात, हे या व्हिडिओतून स्पष्ट दिसतंय. आणि शेवटी त्या लोकांसाठी हा व्हिडिओ आहे, जे म्हणतात की हा माणूस फक्त शिवीगाळच करतो.

Can They Extend My 90-Day Notice Period or Block My Relieving Letter?

I’ve requested a release from my current project, but my manager isn’t willing to release me. My performance hasn’t been great either and an argument with manager, so I’m worried about PIP/termination.

My two concerns are:

  1. If I resign, can they extend my 90-day notice period beyond 90 days coz of argument?
  2. If I’m terminated, will I still receive my relieving and experience letters? Has anyone faced this situation?
