How come the Whitebeard pirates were able to stalemate the Roger pirates for 3 days straight when Gaban and Rayleigh are yonko level +++ and solo Kaido?

I’m confused because everyone is telling me that Kaido is a Gaban victim. Why is the strongest man not confident he could defeat someone weaker than the left hand man of his former rival? Is he stupid?

As much as this annoys me because Gajeel has been getting treated like absolute shit through out 100YQ, is a dragon slayer yet isn’t fighting any dragons and a power up from Viernes would be the perfect match, Mashima will most likely give a power up to Gray through Viernes since it looks like the main cast will be embracing the powers of dragon gods.

Why is it taking two dragon gods to defeat one calamity blood? I don’t want that nonsense of “well their lacrima was broken so it weakened them” that whole lacrima shit has been super inconsistent from needing dragon slayer magic to break it (which Carla didn’t end up needing) and breaking the lacrima takes away all of their power.

I don’t like that Lucy gets a star dress from Selene, Mercphobia having his own key was dumb but at least it was established. Now it seems like Lucy can just take on any power like it’s Elfman’s beast transformation. Her celestial spirits are looking super useless in comparison, they couldn’t do shit against Earth Build.

Also Wendy better not be soloing Aldoron, I don’t care what random bullshit boost she gets. And it’s funny that Selene saw Aldoron wreaking havoc and then told Wendy to go handle a dragon god by herself lol
