Sticky Honey Soy Pork Ribs ... delicious 😋

I made these Sticky Honey Soy Pork Ribs recently and they turned out so good that I had to share them here. The ribs are baked low and slow in foil until super tender, then coated in a rich honey soy glaze and finished under the grill until perfectly sticky and caramelized.

The combination of soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, and tomato paste gives them a deep sweet-and-savory flavor that works so well with pork. I served them with crispy potatoes and honestly the whole tray disappeared really fast 😅

If you like juicy oven baked ribs with a sticky glaze, this recipe is definitely worth trying.

Pinterest keeps pushing new users to stay consistent and create content, but seeing analytics suddenly crash like this is beyond frustrating. I went from around 7k impressions daily to barely 300 a day overnight. A drop this extreme feels impossible to understand, especially when nothing major changed.

At this point, it honestly feels like Pinterest is making fun of new users instead of supporting them.

I wanted barbecue flavor without using a grill, so I tried making smoky chicken skewers in my air fryer and they turned out WAY better than I expected.

The smoky charcoal trick made the kitchen smell like real BBQ 😭

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Cream
  • Honey
  • Salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder
  • Red onion for serving

What I did:

  1. Marinated the chicken for 4 hours with all the ingredients.
  2. Added a small hot charcoal piece to the bowl for a smoky flavor.
  3. Threaded the chicken onto skewers.
  4. Air fried at 180°C for about 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

The chicken came out super juicy with slightly crispy edges and honestly tasted like grilled шашлык without needing a grill. Definitely making these again.

I finally figured out how to make smoky chicken skewers at home without a grill 😭🍢

I used my air fryer + a small charcoal trick and the flavor honestly tasted like real barbecue. The chicken was super juicy from the soy sauce, garlic, cream, honey, and spice marinade, and the smoky aroma made the whole kitchen smell incredible.

I thought this would be complicated, but it was actually really easy and perfect for apartment cooking or rainy days when grilling outside isn’t possible.

I tried a quick salad today and didn’t expect it to be this good. It’s fresh, light, and actually filling. The citrus dressing really makes a difference.

If anyone wants the full version, I also posted it on my own website (this is my recipe):
https://sweetfamilymeals.com/recipe/beetroot-tuna-salad/

Ingredients:

  • Mixed salad greens
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cooked beetroot (sliced or cubed)
  • 1 can tuna (drained)
  • Feta cheese (or similar soft cheese)
  • Pumpkin seeds or toasted pine nuts

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2–1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mild mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grapefruit juice
  • Salt

Steps:

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Add greens to a bowl, then top with onion and beetroot.
  3. Add the tuna, breaking it into chunks.
  4. Sprinkle feta and seeds on top.
  5. Pour over the dressing and toss gently.

That’s it - super simple and ready in like 15 minutes.

Didn’t think tuna + beetroot would work this well, but it really does. Would definitely make it again 👍

I tried something a bit different today and made a beetroot tuna salad with feta and a citrus dressing (lemon + grapefruit), and honestly it surprised me.

It’s super simple but the combo works really well - sweet beetroot, salty feta, tuna for protein, and then that fresh dressing ties everything together. It doesn’t feel heavy at all.

Took me like 15 minutes max, so it’s definitely going into my quick lunch rotation.

If anyone wants the full recipe, I followed this one:

Curious if anyone else mixes tuna with beetroot? I hadn’t tried it before but I’d make it again 👍

Tried making pork steaks in the air fryer and honestly didn’t expect them to be this good. They came out really tender inside with a slightly sticky, caramelized crust on the outside.

I used pork neck steaks and kept it simple with basic ingredients, but the method made all the difference.

Ingredients:

  • pork steaks (pork neck or shoulder)
  • mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • fresh garlic
  • fresh rosemary

Steps:

  • Pat the pork dry and rub with mustard
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • Wrap each piece in parchment paper, then foil
  • Cook in air fryer at 170°C for about 45–50 minutes (turn halfway)
  • Unwrap and add honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary
  • Cook again at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and slightly sticky
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving

Super simple but really solid result. Definitely making this again.

I tried making pork steaks in the air fryer today and honestly… I didn’t expect much, but they turned out really good.

I wrapped them in parchment + foil first so they wouldn’t dry out, then finished them uncovered with a simple honey + soy sauce glaze. The inside stayed super tender and the outside got that slightly sticky, caramelized crust.

It’s one of those recipes that’s actually easy but still feels like a proper meal.

I used pork neck steaks (they’ve got a bit of fat so they stay juicy), seasoned them with mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic, then just let the air fryer do its thing.

If anyone’s been struggling with dry pork in the air fryer, this method actually works.

I wrote the full recipe here if you want to try it:
