what fictional characters do you think are Sagittarius - confirmed or not

the Virgo post got way more interesting than I expected - people came through with takes I hadn't considered and it genuinely changed how I read some of those characters. so let's do Sagittarius.

Sagittarius is harder to pin down on screen because the energy reads as likeable and fun on the surface and the actual complexity - the restlessness, the running from depth while craving it, the philosophy dressed up as jokes - takes longer to show up. but when it does it's unmistakable.

here are characters who I suppose have Sagittarius suns:

Samantha Jones — no confirmed birth date but I feel a strong Sag’s energy here. the philosophy that pleasure is a form of power, the complete refusal to let anyone else define what her life should look like. she's deeply unwilling to shrink herself to fit a narrative that wasn't written for her. the confidence reads as Leo on the surface and that's what throws people. but underneath it is a Sagittarius who decided very early that the world's opinion of her choices was not her problem.

Penny - she told her sign is Sag and you can see it. the optimism that somehow survives every setback, the inability to stay in one lane professionally, the way she loves people freely and fully but on her own terms. she's following something the people around her can't quite track. confirmed Sagittarius energy.

Tyrion Lannister - this one feels almost too obvious once you see it. the philosophy, the dark humor as a defense mechanism, the genuine belief in something better even after everything that's happened to him. he travels, he drinks, he knows things. he's also running from something his whole life and calling it adventure.

who else belongs on this list and what's your case for them?

which fictional characters do you think are Virgos and what's your evidence??

there's a specific type of fictional character that just radiates Virgo - the most capable person in the room, lowkey judging everything, showing love through acts of service while being completely unable to just say the thing. I have strong opinions about several characters and I want to hear everyone else's. drop your pick and make your case. disagreements welcome, I want to see the debate.

mine are these:

Ross Geller - the need to be the most knowledgeable person in the room at all times, the inability to let an incorrect fact slide, the way his emotions come out sideways as criticism or lecture.. the divorce spreadsheet is Virgo behavior. the dinosaurs are Virgo behavior. all of it.

Hermione Granger - does this even need a case?? the annotated textbooks, the preparation for every possible outcome, the physical discomfort she experiences when someone does something the wrong way. she also shows love by making sure everyone survives through sheer organizational force. the anxiety underneath the competence is the most Virgo thing about her.

Fleabag - this one people might argue with but hear me out! the constant self-analysis, the running commentary on her own behavior in real time, the way she picks herself apart before anyone else can get there first. she is incredibly precise about her own chaos. she notices everything and uses it against herself.

what's the most spiritual city you've ever been to? the place that just hits different

I've been thinking about this a lot lately: how some cities hit differently the moment you arrive. Some places change something in you; your energy changes there.

It's hard to explain unless you've felt it. I felt it in two cities. Prague is the first one. This city inspired me many times. The whole old town has this layered, alchemical history to it: centuries of mystics, astronomers, and dreamers passed through these same streets. It doesn't make me feel light or peaceful so much as charged.

Sibiu is the second one. This one's less known, but it might be the one that affected me the most. With its eye-shaped windows on the rooftops that seem to watch you, it has an otherworldly calm. There's a quiet power to the whole region. I left Sibiu feeling grounded, like this city gave me back a kind of patience I'd forgotten I had.

Curious what your cities are. Did you meet a city that was able to change something in your soul?

5 simple and fun summer Solstice rituals

  1. Eat a breakfast of fruits. One bowl of whatever's in season: peaches, berries, melon. Sit outside if you can and notice how fast you feel awake without caffeine :)
  2. Walk barefoot where you never have. The solstice is about maximum exposure, so let your feet meet terrain they don't recognize.
  3. Cook something with foraged greens, usually growing in parks and gardens. Look up what's edible and safe in your area.
  4. Tarot spread for the season ahead. Pull it and let the cards tell you what to carry forward the next 6 months.
  5. Meditate with soft light. The longest day is about being present. Stay until it feels complete

Cozy and spiritual: 14 summer things to do before September

  1. Dawn water ritual: on a summer morning, collect dew or water from a natural source before sunrise. Hold it in sunlight and set one intention for the season.
  2. Full Moon barefoot walk: walk barefoot on grass or sand during the July or August full moon.
  3. Spontaneous road trip: pick a direction, drive for an hour, and stop wherever feels right. Document one sign, symbol, or synchronicity you encounter. It's exciting because you can't plan it.
  4. Farmers market intuition test: walk a market without a list. Buy one item based purely on what draws you. Cook with it that day. Notice if it matches what your body needed. Interesting and sensory.
  5. Sunset color meditation: watch one summer sunset, and name the colors internally as they shift. When the last color fades, write one sentence about what you're releasing.
  6. Letter to future self: write a letter to yourself six months from now. Seal it in an envelope with one dried summer flower to open in winter.
  7. Thunderstorm watching: sit covered while rain falls hard. Count the seconds between lightning and thunder. Feel small and safe at once.
  8. Full Moon sign tracking: note which sign each summer full moon falls in. Do one small act aligned with that sign's energy.
  9. Sunset picnic alone: eat slowly as the light turns gold, then pink, then gone.
  10. Herb drying on the windowsill: snip mint, basil, or lavender. Tie with string. Watch them curl and brown in summer light. Patience made visible.
  11. License plate summer game: on road trips or daily drives, notice repeating numbers. Pull over or park when one hits three times in one day. Look up the meaning.
  12. Swing set at dusk: feel your stomach drop and remember what your body knew before you grew careful.
  13. Morning single card on the porch: shuffle outside with coffee, pull one card, and let the morning light hit it differently than your kitchen lamp. Sit with it until the cup is empty.
  14. Birth flower bouquet walk: walk to a garden or florist and find your birth flower. Hold it and read its meaning. Carry that meaning like a quiet assignment for the season.

The 3 decans of Sagittarius. Which one are you?

If you're a Sagittarius who doesn't always feel like a Sagittarius, check your decan. The first one chases truth across every horizon. The second chases truth and burns what blocks the path. The third turns truth into light and asks you to watch. Let’s see who you are.

I’ve tried many classic meditation techniques like mindfulness, body scan, guided apps but I never felt like I was doing it right. My mind would always wander, or I’d get restless after a minute or two. Then I read in an article that for some people - and I truly believe it’s an Aries thing - movement-based meditation might be a better fit

so, I gave walking meditation a shot, focused on my footsteps, my breathing and just noticed what was around me. it really helped me clear my head and stay present in a way that 'sitting' never did.

now I’m curious: has anyone else found success with more active or movement-based meditation techniques? Are there other practices out there for those of us who feel like sitting still doesn’t work? Would love to hear what’s worked for you!
