Need help getting Customer Services to understand or someone at Gotcha Gotcha to do something
I bought the Samurai World music pack DLC in May. It didn't appear in my DLC folder like it should. I looked at the overview for DLC downloads and there's no filesize which indicates that someone at Gotcha Gotcha who is meant to upload DLCs hasn't configured the Steam pipeline correctly at their end. I wrote to the RPG Maker help section on the website and there followed lots of backwards and forwards emails with me generally repeating what I've said above, first with them denying that they had to do anything, then realising that it was a fault at their end and then they should do something, but after 1 month they still haven't done anything. Who am I supposed to speak with to get them to do something? I think the helpdesk might be AI or just not involved in making games and understanding what should be generally clear, shouldn't it? Or have I got something wrong?
