Just hit over 1k subs on YouTube. Looking to hire Video Editor that can commit 1video/week. My channel is "edmundchong97" and im looking for experience youtube video editor to work on my content. Right now my budget stucks at 50USD/video for 10min but will increase once my sponsor video are cleared and more incoming. Please save me from all the video editing work....

Any advise for me to grow faster on YouTube?
I've been posting youtube for 7 months now. Honestly proud of my small results. Been doing scripting, videoing, and editing. Got 600+ watch hour and now having difficulty growing fast to monetisation from Youtube ads. It's in the business finance documentary style kinda content.
Any tips to get there faster?
