Beaches Negril vs Grand Princess Jamaica?
Planning on a trip next June- two families with 4 kids total ages 7-10. Has anyone been to both Beaches Negril and Grand Princess and can offer recommendations for one over the other?

NP new to this particular practice since Oct 2025, working 4 days/week (32 hours).
I’ve been seeing 4 new patients a day since then. Currently my panel is sitting at 494 patients.
I go to straight RVU productivity this July 1. I’ve decided to reduce my new patients to 2/day at that point due to the new patient no shows, I figure for every new patient slot I could fill (40 mins), I can see two established patients (20 mins).
I also see a lot of my colleagues overflow which usually helps to fill my schedule.
Is dropping to new patients a day a good plan or should I keep it at 4 until my panel becomes fuller?
Casually looking at PR for a girls trip next September-ish. Will probably be about 6-8 of us, early 40s, 5 days. Wanting a pool, easy beach access. Trip is mostly for relaxation, so good beach and pool is a must. Having a few good restaurants close by would be great. Not sure how much “adventuring” or exploring we will do but ok with renting a vehicle if needed.
I found a great Airbnb that checks the boxes but it’s in Puerto Nuevo… is this a good area for what we are looking for or no? What other cities/areas should I look for? Would like to visit Old San Juan but dont necessarily need to stay there.
