After 1 year of being unemployed, countless applications and interviews to different roles na umabot til final. Laging ligwak and ghosted, nakapasok din sa wakas! To all unemployed rn, don't lose hope! Never give up, never surrender talaga! Totoo yung nasa waiting season kalang at ibibigay din sayo ni Lord yung deserve mo, hihigitan pa nya! Another week of rejections and no interview invite. Mag-1 year na ko unemployed and I didn't expect na ganito kahirap maghanap ng trabaho ngayon. Idk if sa qualifications ba o dahil sa employment gap. I've been working for 10+ years and I spent 8 years of my life with my previous company. I decided for a career break muna kasi grabe na katoxican nung bago kong boss. Tiniis ko paninigaw nya coz I need that work. Plan ko na sana dun magretire sa company na yun but I really needed to resign kasi no other option ako. Di na kinaya ng mental health ko.
So, after 6 months na pahinga, i really healed myself. After 6 months of job hunting, my mental health ruined again..
Ilan beses na ko umabot til final interview but it's either failed or ghosted. Akala ko kapag may experience kana, madali nalang makahanap ng trabaho. I'm still trying though, 10-20 applications per day and I haven't heard back from any of it for the past month. Savings running low, mental health ruined, idk I just feel like giving up pero still trying parin.
