Has anyone been reinfected with H. pylori after successful treatment?

Hi everyone! I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced being reinfected with H. pylori after completing treatment and then having a negative test afterward.

I was treated for H. pylori and later tested negative. It’s been less than a year, and I’ve recently started experiencing symptoms that feel similar to what I had when I originally had H. pylori.
I spoke with my doctor, but she doesn’t want to retest me because she thinks the result will be negative again.

Has anyone here actually been reinfected after treatment and a confirmed negative test? If so, what symptoms did you have, and how long after your negative test did they come back?

Suddent anxiety in 5 year old

My daughter just turned 5, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. Up until recently, she was a completely typical, happy, carefree little girl. Over the last week or two, though, she’s started asking for reassurance about little things throughout the day. She’ll ask if it’s okay to do something completely normal, worry that she might have done something wrong, or seem concerned that someone could be upset with her. She’ll ask a question, feel better once I answer, and then later ask something similar again.

She has also had a cold this week, so I’m not sure if being sick is making her more emotional or if it’s unrelated. As her mom, I’m finding myself worrying because this is so unlike her, and I don’t want it to develop into anxiety or OCD. Has anyone else’s child gone through a phase like this around age 5 after previously seeming completely carefree? Did it pass on its own, or was there anything that helped?

Looking for life outside of home I guess

Lately I’ve been having this feeling that I want to do something more with my life outside of just the daily routine of work, cooking, cleaning, and parenting. I work from home and while I’m grateful for the flexibility, I feel really unmotivated and isolated sometimes. I feel like I have skills and creativity that I’m not fully using, and I keep thinking about things like starting my own small brand/business, volunteering, joining an organization, or doing something where I interact with people more and feel inspired again.

The problem is I don’t even know where to start. I guess I’m wondering if any other moms/SAHMs/work from home moms have gone through this feeling? How did you start building a life outside the house again? Did you join clubs, volunteer, take classes, start a side business, network somehow, etc.? I’d love to hear what helped you feel more connected, confident, and fulfilled again.
