Rust spots in bathtub from a suction bathmat. Is a full reqlaze necessary or can I spot repair?

Hi everyone, hoping to get advice on rust damage in my bathtub. I was usina a bathmat with suction cups. and it looks like it trapped water and pulled off the finish. Now I have a cluster of rusty, dotted pits down to the metal.

This is our main tub and is actively used for daily showers.

Is it absolutely necessary to do a full tub reglazing, or is there a reliable spot-repair/touch-up method for this type of damage?

How urgent is this? Do I have a few weeks to figure this out. or do I need to fix it this weekend before the rust spreads under the enamel?

Functioning with less sleep

In my mid thirties and I am used to 8 hours of sleep as my body needs it. If I go around 7 hours or less I feel drowsy and tired the entire day until I go back to sleep.

I'll be a dad soon and I know I won't get as much sleep as I'm used to as life will get busier.

What are some ways to avoid getting drowsy and feel tired with 6-7 hours of sleep OR how else do I solve this problem? Anyone else figured it out?

Whirlpool washer makes loud noise during spin

My whirlpool Kenmore series 300, MOD 10.24442512 would keep stopping and blinking at "rinse". I swapped the shift actuator and recalibrated. It now finishes the cycle and the clothes come out spun dry, but the spin cycle is way louder than before, hitting about 85dB.

​There’s no grinding, screeching, or violent shaking. It just sounds like a really loud wind-tunnel roar when it gets up to max speed.

​Is it normal to be this loud because the new actuator is finally letting it hit max RPMs, or is this an early warning sign that my splutch or tub bearing is failing?

Cabinet hinges keep loosening every couple weeks, any tricks to prevent this?

Hi all, I have these hinges on my kitchen cabinets that keep getting loose every couple of weeks. I tighten them, but they loosen again pretty quickly. It's getting annoying to constantly re-tighten them. (Yes these cabinets get used more than the others)

Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a permanent fix, or is this just something that happens with these types of hinges?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
