I know that they were free but its still frustrating. I took off work and drove hours for nothing last night

I've seen a ton of posts about how difficult it is to cancel service but i did it today and it was surprisingly quick and easy. When I was asked why i said i didn't need it anymore, she did her final offer spiel and dropped it the moment I declined and that was that. I was on the phone for maybe 5 minutes. The only slightly annoying part of the process was when I tried to drop off my equipment at the spectrum store and they said i had to take it to the ups store (which was right next door so not a huge deal).

So if you've been considering cancelling or switching to a better company but are dreading the cancellation process maybe it wont be as bad as you think.

A friend dropped his controller and and broke the L1 button. I popped it out and it appears that a piece of the button it self broke while the rest of the assembly is intact. I haven't been able to find replacement parts specifically labeled for the BDM-060. The latest version of the triggers that i can find online are for the BDM-030. Are these compatible? I am a complete novice at controller repairs so any advice helps. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos on hand as of now.
