I tried Agnus Castus (Vitex) for one month and put on 5 lbs. And my weight never fluctuates.

I’m wondering whether anyone else has had the same experience with Agnus Castus. (Taking 30 drops every morning before food in a little warm water. Been doing so for a month)

My herbologist suggested it for hormone balance and it’s made me put on weight very fast and I’m not the sort of person to fluctuate in weight! Especially that quickly!

I’ve gone from everything fitting me to nothing fitting me, in the space of a month and my BOOBS ….they have gone humongous! Insanely heavy and very sore. Help :/

Have I wasted my money here? This isn’t enough Magnesium Glycinate surely?

I just brought this new supplement as I am peri-menopausal and read Vitamin D3 with K2 and Magnesium Glycinate are excellent support for it.

However the tiny dose of Magnesium Glycinate at 56.25mg - is that actually going to help? I read recommended dose for MG was much higher

If there’s any other colours you think I could try for my base I’d love to hear them. Thank you so much x

What my eyes look like…and I what I want my eyes to look like. What can I do with make up to help lift this area before I result in surgical procedures?

Crazy eyes aside (🤣) does anyone have any recommendations on make up hacks that I could try to help lift my saggy lids?

The left photo is how my face sits naturally and what I’m working with.

And yes, I do get botox 🫠
