Owner-supplied materials for renovation ko

Good evening, hingi lang sana ako ng advice/tips from your experience. May ipaparenovate akong townhouse. I’m leaning towards supplying most of the materials para 1. Makasave 2. Maximize credit card (cc) with low interest.

As for delivery, paano masisigurado na madedeliver ang mga materyales on time? Kailangan ba mag-order months/weeks or pwedeng days in advance?

Baka may mashare kayo from experience.

Fidelity 401k to Fidelity Roth IRA

I started a rollover of my 401k. I was hoping it would be easy since my 401K is with Fidelity and I have also opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity a few years back. It asked me where to move it to, and when I chose existing account, it only shows my Traditional IRA account with Fidelity. It did not show my Roth.

I ended up choosing the transfer to New account instead, hoping it will ask me the details of the account to which I planned to input my Roth account info. But the only option available here is the Open New Account button.

What am I doing wrong?

Additional Info: No longer employed with the company. Currently studying. No earned income, just interest income from my savings accounts around $3,000-6,000 these past couple of years. Hoping to transfer $10k.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a townhome in the Philippines and I want to renovate it. I'd like to hire an architect but I'm stuck in the initial reaching out phase. I'm not sure how to begin.

• What questions should I ask when first contacting an architect?

• What info about the property should I prepare beforehand?

• Can I shop around for architects? If so, how can I do that while still being respectful to their time and profession?

• Does the site inspection usually happens only after I've finalized my choice, or can it be done while I'm still exploring options?

Any advice would be super helpful. Thank you in advance!
