My goofy ass didnt realize there was a bit of dirt inside the bolt and i completely stripped it smh. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did yall get the bolt removed, any help is appreciated

I wanna put up my runna to get something else. Don't really enjoy it enough to fix all the problems it has. How much should I put it up for given in the condition it is? It's a 98 with 4WD and 310k miles. All the cons are as listed

•Needs new fender
•Small oil leak
•ABS delete
•Needs new airbag
•shock absorbers need to be replaced
• Check engine light on for o2 sensor
•Steering wheel pulls slightly when braking
