First Ola order: second doctor wrote me a new-patient dose I'm not on

I'm a transfer patient, on tirzepatide since August at 2.5 mg. On Saturday a doctor in the medical inbox confirmed my dose and recommended 3 mg. Today a different doctor wrote the actual prescription as the starter ramp: 1.5 mg for 2 weeks, then 3 mg. The message says my chart was reviewed, but nothing from Saturday carried over.

I've messaged the doctor and support to get it fixed before it ships. Hoping it's quick. But I wish one provider followed your case instead of whoever picks it up next. Product and pricing are great; the handoff is the weak spot.

Transfer patients: screenshot your inbox conversation and check the prescription card before it ships.

Hair color suggestions?

Hi all

My hair is really black which I love but I’d like to experiment with colors that would bring more harmony to my face. What do you all think?

I’m not looking for a drastic change- just something that works for my skin tone and overall features.

Has anyone had issues with behind-the-wheel test conduct at the Fremont DMV?

Yesterday I went in for my third behind-the-wheel attempt at the Fremont DMV, and I want to know if what happened is a one-off or a pattern at this office.

Some background first. My first test there was failed fairly. That examiner was excellent: professional, patient, walked me through every mistake so I could actually learn. No complaints. I practiced and came back. My second test was a different story: that examiner was cold and belittling during the post-test review, and shoved my paperwork at me when I asked clarifying questions. Afterward, I wrote a negative online review describing the experience.

Yesterday, when I returned for my third attempt, the examiner from my second test came out. You can't retest with the same examiner, so she was bringing out the examiner who would be testing me instead. While I waited in my car with the window down, I overheard her telling my new examiner about the review I had written, saying words to the effect of "what did I do to her?" The conversation stopped when they reached my car. My new examiner then confirmed she had been assigned to me because the other examiner had tested me previously.

A couple of minutes into the drive, I was told mid-test that I had an "automatic fail," which I have since learned examiners are not supposed to announce while a test is ongoing.

I have already spoken with the office manager (who was v professional about it) and filed a formal written complaint through DMV channels, so this post is not a substitute for doing things properly. It's done. I'm taking my retest at a different office.

What I'm asking: has anyone else experienced unprofessional conduct, intimidation, or what felt like a predetermined result during a drive test at this office? If something similar happened to you, I'd encourage you to file a written complaint too.
Patterns get attention in ways single complaints don't. And if everyone else has had great experiences there, honestly, I'd like to know that too.

Not naming anyone, not trying to start a pile-on.. Just trying to figure out if something similar has happened to anyone else at this dmv location.
