I am actively seeking a talented Animator to join my team at Dragon Studios. My primary focus is Sentient Mobs—an ambitious project focused on advanced entity behaviors, custom visuals, and interactive environments—with plans to expand into additional projects as the studio grows.

I am looking for a creative animator who can bring custom entities to life and elevate the project's visual identity now, with the opportunity to continue collaborating with me as new projects launch:

• 3D Animation & Cinematic Art: Designing, texturing, and animating custom entities, movement sets, and visual assets. Additionally, leading the creation of promotional trailers and in-game cutscenes for Sentient Mobs and future studio titles.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

• Commission Earnings: Team members receive a share of revenue based on project commission earnings.

Expectations

• Proven experience or portfolio/demoreel examples demonstrating strong skill in animation or 3D modeling.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in elevating the visual standards of Sentient Mobs with an eye toward future project developments.
• Willingness to join Voice Channels for team discussions and planning is greatly appreciated!

Not completed, as I literally started a little while ago. We're already at 14% completed, though it's getting harder to progress. I also challenged myself to document every item in one giant museum. That was a horrible idea. 2 projects, 2 worlds, 1 giant project. Why did I do this? Because somebody said it was impossible. I don't know if that's a good reason to be doing it, but we're doing it anyway, yay.
