Oh my god guys. I completed bio + chem syllabus but now every test I attempt, all I get is 53-54% idek how to improve atp, I keep reading each like 3-4 times to understand but when I solve mcqs, im completely alleles and I haven’t even don’t much of physics except for 4 chapters im so fkn cooked what do I even do. How do I even improve bruh and everything I learned for bio and chem it’s like I don’t even rmr anything idek how to revise now what do I do man

Guys idk how to actually improve like i completed bio ka syllabus and chemistry ka bhi but uper uper se, for physics ive only done like 4-5 chapters i have to revise too, i started my bio revision but i keep getting js 45-54% on my tests :/ idk how to work on this. I have adhd and i have to read one page atleast three times to understand everything
