Stayed true to team Forged
Been using this app for maybe 2 years now and I’ve only ever used team forge BG im a FF workout at least 4 days a week but I honestly feel insanely “silly” doing functional movements or circuit work AT the gym. What I’m doing now I make sure to hit the 3 priority workouts on my off days trying to stay disciplined with 2 runs a week and days I’m at work I’ll do a make it hurt circuit. You guys think I I should change up my team am I missing out on the full potential of the app?
