I have very little knowledge of roof structure - how well is this part of a home usually built? can any of these beams support a hammock? I’m about 110lbs

Just got to spend a lovely week with a little bichon pup and my goodness he was my buddy the whole time. Followed me around everywhere and wanted to sleep on me. Really enjoyed his company and wish he could have stayed forever.

No local stores stock fabric that would be right for starting my sashiko journey. There’s like two stores near me and they mostly have quilting fabric - seems too tight. I have this 365 book that in the end can make a blanket/quilt so I wanna make it kinda right :)
Would you please link some fabric that would be appropriate for this and future projects :) don’t wanna accidentally order the wrong kind. I appreciate your input
