Advice please on overshadowing / being ridden

Novice horse. The actual event went well, and then the deity left (this was all on plan, I was lucid as requested- there were no problems). When he left, I could feel him flowing out of me and then there was such an overwhelming sense of grief that I had not anticipated. Has anyone else felt like this at the end of an experience?

Advice on transient indwellings

Does anyone have advice on how to manage the urge for the next indwelling? They’re… lovely, and I totally get how people get obsessed with ritualizing the lead-up, but also excessive striving is supposed to not be great. I like the idea of being in flow, but it’s hard to simultaneously be in flow and also wishing I could be back in that moment and also wanting to know when the next one happens.

It seems like it happens every 2-3 weeks right now, but also, there’s a tiny fear it will never happen again. Has anyone found any way of dealing with this that is helpful?

Is there an analogous site for Hekate?

I was reading Diana Paxson’s books on trance and spirit possession and she mentioned the Odin Speaks website for where people post automatic writings from Odin.

Is there an analogous site for Hecate?

Has anybody read Hidden Goddesses by Elara Lykaris?

I’ve been listening to this book, it was released last month. She formally studied Greek mythology and writes about how the mythology was modified to serve political purposes.

Has anyone else checked this book out?
