sa iloilo kasi stayed for 8 years never experience nawalan ng signal dun unless may natumba or natamaan na signal tower nila. always 4 bar. Internet installation ng fiber sa globe mabilis din walang kung anu anung papel. lalagay lang modem, lapag wire ok na.

Malaki naman ung bigay dito sa akin sa BPO company compare nung province pa ako and work days from 6days a week to 5 days a week.

kaso hinahanap ko ung physical work at hndi ung makakipagusap sa phone whole work, kaya kahit part time lng ok na pero hoping full time.

Should I try 2 job at a time to secure the job I want and high paying job but not my niche? or should I stay at current job for a while, and prioritize health

From cursed province rate to above manila rate almost double from province,
sorry medyo wrong word but honestly after staying here for 2 weeks, the cost in Iloilo to NCR halos di nagkakalayo.
My rent at Iloilo is 5,500 if in city., it has tiles room pero lumipat agad ako that time sa medyo malayo at mura with 3,500 room rent. compare sa current location ko ngaun na 6k near MRT pa tiles din ang room rock wall hindi kahoy. Food cost almost same din.

anyway here is my problem. ang napasukan ko pala is BPO company pala talaga. Explained kasi sa akin ng HR is to assist client related on network tools, we spoke in mix Tagalog and English but honestly my English specially during final interview was really bad, but I passed so nagexpect ako na hindi sila BPO, kasi most BPO are strict on English so I proceed to travel from Iloilo city to NCR.
1week palang ako dito but my skills are kinda misalign dahil wala akong experience sa Call or any BPO, I have 7+ years technical support but onsite or more on hardware. I'm gonna keep try and work here for at least 1-2months pa siguro but not sure if magtatagal ako kasi possible madami silang mali makikita sa akin specially when talking to their clients.

Kinda want stay narin dahil gusto ko rin maEnhance English ko at the same time interesting din kasi mga company tools na ginagamit nila (don't ask me, it's company policy)

company unpaid overtime, and company saying if I will not gonna comply on those unpaid overtime task then i should look some new job,
Removing some accommodation,
with province minimum rate and some small incentives. (other earnings are through home service)

I sent Hundreds of my resume on different company hiring online, I received almost daily interview on different company. most of them explain the salary and some are under negotiation. some are already on 2nd interview and waiting for final but this week I received the schedule for final interview and I passed it.
The problem is every interview has different salary offer, so I'm not sure if this current company who passed my final interview has good offer,
not sure what they're salary offer to me because I forgot it, it happen fast that I never expected I passed this final interview, because I know I failed to delivered the answer fluently in English (totally bad in English). also I am waiting on this other specific company who interviewed me this week too before the final interview on other company because I kind a like what they offer to me but they need to do some review more on what role should they assign me, because I am fit on IT Specialist but they need technical support and I am also good in that role too. (But still not sure if they really interested in me because it is already 4 days ago or they just bluffing), I already sent them a follow up last night.

So what should I do? The deadline to send documents to this company who passed my final interview are today, but they never include the salary offer on the email.

I love tech innovation, hardware and software including AI.
Previously in my work, I don't care if my salary is low, I just need enough to pay the cost of my hobbies and live normally. I am lacking of knowledge in life cost of living at that time.

(I know it because my English are no good), but last week I received some final interview again on a big company (I searched them and they are 40+years old American owned company), to my surprise they message me yesterday and said I passed the final interview and they will reached out me shortly according to message.
I honestly lose hope on this too cause I know during final interview, I totally failed to deliver the answer in their question in English, though I know the answer but the way I talk virtually on interview is pretty bad. I even sent an apology to a guy who informed me and follow up me on my scheduled interview of how bad my English during that interview.

But here's my problem, a lot of interview happen too before that, I also have onsite interview which the manager really likes me too, (I answered every tech question they asked me.) the manager said he is having a hard time to pick which role he will assign me, cause I am fit in their two vacant role. so they need to do some meeting with their team and they will contact me in the future for final Interview and assessment.

So, I have 2 companies seems have good chance but I have trust issue so I'm not sure if both of those companies have really interested on me or what they said is real or not.
The other said I passed the final interview but I still doubt it, maybe he sent it by mistake (because my English is bad, I also don't have response on the message yet cause totally don't know what to response), while on the other company . . . uhm maybe just told me those because they feel bad if they decline me?
Both has no Salary offer yet so another confusion.

ANSWER: First is to listen, hayaan muna maglabas ng frustration and listen para matulungan ang customer, after nya magsalita, kindly explain sa customer ang mga procedure ng warranties at bakit di ito basta basta pwedeng madaliin. at para mapagaan pa loob ng customer magOffer na magfofollowup sa supplier or service center regarding sa warranty and assure na gagawin mo ang makakaya mo para marequest na maprioritize ung unit ng customer.

QUESTION: panu mu kukuha loob ng customer ng ibang store at sa iyo na bumili

ANSWER: first is to investigate ung mga price ng competitor, promos, frebies events at once nacollect na ung mga info na yun better plan a much better option na mas maaakit ang customer and based on my experience, mas naakit ang customer kapag maraming freebies na kahit low cost pa yan with addition of discounts, its a common psychology na mas inuuna nila piliin ung quantity over quality at very common na yan sa pinoy, thats also the common strategies ng mga phone companies like giving more freebies instead of large discount. also ung higher camera pixel than real performance of phone camera.

QUESTION: kapag may product ang customer na hinahanap pero wala ka, anu gagawin mo? hahayaan mo nalang ba or gagawan mo pa ng paraan?

ANSWER: this question requires knowledge talaga sa products, but first I will search or ask on other branches if available ba ung hinahanap nya. but if not, the other option is what you called cross selling, at dyan talaga kailanan alam ko mga producto ko. I will try to offer an alternative product that has the same or better performance. if tight ung budget dun sa hinahanap nyang device, i better look a near specs with nearest price dun sa device na hinahanap nya. also explaining other benefits why this alternative option might give him/her advantage over dun sa hinahanap nya, like performance, longevity or more.

ANSWER: that's seems a little impossible specially with lot of competitor to get instant customer at that day, specially right now may mga issue ang price increasing sa pinas pero ang salary hindi. it makes the conversion of low purchasing power ng mga pinoy. but what i can do is to do better marketing para sa next day makakuha ng quota, but my main experience are Technical support and sales associate na assisting customers lang, I never been expose to the marketing so this question are difficult to me and better ask to marketing team.

PROBLEM: need ko na maghanap ng better dahil di na sapat sahod ko sa province, ung part time ko na home service ang nagbubuhat ng budget ko. The offer are around 12% increase from my previous company kaso may additional workload na di ako related which is ung tanung nya na related sa marketing. The interviewer seems interested in me, telling me to try their company but I feel my mental will break down with additional workload na di ko naman trip. I'm a techy person, I love explaining, troubleshooting and diagnosing different gadgets, devices or any other tech innovation but I'm not used to looking for customers or clients.

I’m also planning to go to Manila but not sure if sasapat ba ung remaining funds ko after resign dahil halos pambayad din ng utang ung funds ko.really need to find new job before end of this month.

Reason of leaving: too much toxic na to the worst galing pa mismo sa management ung bulong bulongan na kung anu anu at ibat ibang kwento na di pa minsan totoo.
Favoritism din management na kahit ung favorite nya, (naawa ko dun sa kasama ko sa work na madalas sya ipahiya nung favorit ng management) di naman kagalingan ung favorite nya. lagi nagtatanong din sa amin, panu to, panu yan.
No growth path though I experience a lot kahit di related sa course ko, also I feel the company are stuck at province area and I feel this company will not last in their current market strategies.
they never listen to their employees suggestion, almost all their employees are IT graduate yet they include the work of Marketing from business ad course, cashier and other paper works na pang secretary.
What I advice to them is to hire an Expert Marketing position or team (sila ung gagawa ng mga marketing strategies like advertisement, visibilities on different online and social platform), also bring back their Online store like shopee lazada.
They currently have 7 branches pero I feel stuck sila sa provinces at slowly pumapasok na big company.

Problem: like nung nasabi ko, IT position ko pero not limited to IT work, which ok sa akin kaso no force. pero nangyayare required na all in one work kung hindi papagalitan ka pa, kaya pati financial skills, marketing natutunan ko na at unti unti nagleless ung IT skills ko (at para di mawala, ako nalang din nagseself train also Part time job doing house to house diagnosing CCTV, Printer, Laptop Desktop, Network.

Most position offer is sales, may IT kaso pagkasabi ko ng location ko medyo bumabagsak na ko kasi im here in western visayas tapos ung work location is around NCR, offer is 22k kaso need daw nila asap at dahil sa location ko medyo alanganin daw. same nung isang tumawag ganun din.
Pero when i comes to sales position hahanapan nila ng way kaso ang liit parin ng offer 18k ung isa na eendorse daw ako sa Cebu kahit ung avalable palang daw nila sa NCR.
ung isa 16k pero during final interview na gustong gusto ung sagot ko related sa sales ieendorse daw nya ung request ko na 18k if province and 22k if NCR. so di ko pa sure un.

I got more experience in sales and know how to communicate in Customer problems and needs (local lang kasi bagsak pa english ko sa foreign) also got experience in marketing, how to improve sales, cross selling and more.
Kaso as a Techy person who always amaze in every tech innovation, medyo di ko talaga trip ung sales position but as a broke person, I feel I am being forced to accept the sales position.
I love tearing every new device I saw just to know how it works. I love talking to others that are related on tech, devices and more, I love fixing even DIY and every tech like my current phone since 2016 still alive, I always repair it , also the speaker with time, the speaker broken, binilhan ko ng other non original speaker kaso wrong size malaki pala kaya ayun DIY nasa labas ung speaker nakapatong sa taas.

Question: I'm broke, I have skills on sales and marketing but I don't have passion on that position, I feel tired and feel the day is moving slow. but when I'm repairing, assembling newly purchase computers. I feel the time so fast and feel that day is not enough, want more.

(so probably I fail on those interview)

3rd I got a phone call inviting me for interview at Makati, but i can't .

Later at night, I also have scheduled interview 8pm.

In the past weeks, i also have lot of invitation but 80% of them required in manila.
Ortigas, Pasay, Makati, Quezon, Cubao, and more.
The reason I stay at low paying province rate is because it's peaceful here and I can study and upskill online on my own, studying coding and right now plan to study work of VA like automation, but right now I lost all those vacant time to study because i need to do extra job to earn. province rate is not enough since last year, the price increase is fast and getting faster this year. I found that province rate barrier become corruption, some appliances or foods need to order Online shipped from Manila because they become much cheaper compare to the physical store here on province.

is it possible to be accepted at work 1st and fill the contract before i travel to the job location? or do I really need to travel before get accepted?
