Looking for AI tools for task automation

We're a small team of 5 people but we have chaos in our workplace. I'm constantly stuck in "task management mode". The question is: is there any AI SaaS or a tool out there that is solving the issue of task creation, updates, assignment and etc without installing bunch of agents or stupid prompts and is integrated quickly for the whole team? We currently use Slack and Jira.

Real question: how much do you burn on AI tokens per month?

A lot of companies started to post their bragging about how much they give X to their employees in tokens. This got me thinking, how much companies burn on that?

I'll start, we are s team of 4 and we spend around $600 - $700 for tokens each months for the whole team...

We've built an infrastructure layer that manages tasks for you, need some b2b testers :)

Hey folks, we know that the market is saturated with AI tools, but we went a bit further and built a system that manages tasks for your whole team without any prompts, directly from conversation in the tools that you already use, like Slack, Telegram <> Linear, Jira and Trello.

We'd love to get feedback and understand better what our customer base needs and we need design partners.

I won't post the name of the tool so that it won't go in as an ad bc it's not.

If anyone interested let me know, you can also DM me :)

Deepseek v4 language drift

Hey folks, I wonder if anyone else actually expirienced the same issue with Deepseek v4.

We are using the deepseek API in order to surface some code suggestions, however, it seems that when it's creating hyper links, the language starts to drift from English to any other language (there's nothing in the prompt that suggests anything about the language) here's an example response below.

Have anyone seen this issue?

Found the Early Access modal component at `src/components/landing/earlyaccessmodal.tsx`. The form currently collects Full Name, Work Email, Company, Communication tools used, and Task management tools used. Simplifying to only Company name and Email requires removing the Full Name, Comms tools, and Task tools fields from the JSX.

Conversation automation with Jira

Hey folks, I've been having issues with keeping track with creating and updating tasks after the piles and piles of meetings. At the end of the day, you're just too tired to keep up with all the crap that you have to update and things fall between the cracks.

Anyone had any lightbulb moment with Jira automation on how to keep up with all of this?

Looking for free pilot users for our workflow orchestration layer

We're offering free pilot program for a few companies that want to test something we’ve been building.

A lot of operational work still ends up being people manually coordinating across Slack, WhatsApp, Jira, Linear, Notion, Google Meet, and whatever else the company accumulated over time.

We've built an orchestration layer to make those workflows less painful.

We’re mainly looking for teams willing to use it in real workflows and tell us what’s broken, confusing, or missing.

Free during the pilot. Direct access to us while we build it. No strings attached.

If your team has some workflow that constantly turns into chaos or manual coordination hell, would genuinely love to hear about it.

How do you keep up with all the meetings/conversations ?

Hey folks, it seems to me that the eco-system of apps is growing by the day and we're surrounded by bunch of conversations and meetings, at the end of the day, you're just too tired to sit down the remember everything that was discussed. I wonder if anyone has a good suggestion of how you manage your day to day ?
