SELF PROMOTION It takes Chanakya's 2,500 year old thinking on how nations acquire and hold power, and applies it to Al. His point is that India is building its digital future on someone else's foundation. We import the algorithms shaping what our kids learn. We rent the compute running our own data. We train the talent that leaves to build foreign platforms. The colonial dependency didn't disappear. It just changed its form.
