Upgrading from a 5700x system

I currently have a Ryzen 5700x build with an Asus B450-F Gaming mobo. I've saved up some money to finally upgrade to a Ryzen 9600x build but wanted some opinions on the planned build. It'll mainly be used for gaming on an ultrawide monitor (Alienware aw3423dwf).

The GPU, Storage, and CPU Cooler are from my current build. Everything else will be new. My current case is a Rosewill Cullinan MX but im still deciding if I want to keep the case or go with the H5 Flow. The issue is my PC shroud in my desk is limited to these dimensions

Height 20in

Width 9.8 in

Depth 19in

I do want to keep some buffer space for airflow, especially for a top vent. My Cullinan currently sticks out until the bottom legs reach the edge so the depth isn't too much of a concern. Thw width is a little tight at the moment with this case, especially with how the glass panel screws stick out from the sides.

Side question: I have an old stick of Cooler Master Thermal Fusion 400 from idk how long ago. Should I get a new thermal paste with the build and which brand/series should I go for? I don't live in a consistently hot city but the summers do get hot, averaging high 80s to low 90s (excluding this heatwave).

Edit: Also looking at the Corsair iCue 220T Airflow Mid Tower

How to deal with a superintendent who does half the work?

My apartment's current superintendent always leaves work halfway done or just does a bad job with it. Most recently we asked him to fix our kitchen sink faucet knobs because the right knob and the center where the neck is leaks water whenever water is running. The water stopped leaking for a few days and it's leaking from the right knob again. He tightened the center neck way too much so it's hard to turn it without putting too much pressure on the base as well. He's always done work like this too where it's half a solution that stops working a week after till we leave another note in his box.

Switching from Stash to Fidelity, how are partial shares handled?

I ended up leaving Stash and currently am transferring my stocks to Fidelity. However, I'm a little confused has to how the partial shares are handled. From my understanding, they are sold and deposited as cash into the Fidelity account? Will this count for a capital gains tax?

First time from NYC to Buffalo. Food question for diabetics for the cafe

I am traveling with family for the first time from NYC to Buffalo via Amtrak. I have a question about the cafe, especially since it's an 8 hour trip. My dad is hypoglycemic so he often needs to eat something. Since it's an 8 hour trip we'll bring snacks but I wanted to know how the cafe system works. We'll be taking Empire to Buffalo (forgot train number). Will he be able to go anytime to get something to eat or is it usually specified times?

Need help picking an ATX case of a specific size to fit desk shroud

I currently have a Rosewill Cullinan MX since around 2018. However, it's a pretty heavy case cause of the tempered glass and I'm looking for a lighter case that'll make moving around a little easier, especially when I either move or clean it. My desk has a shroud in the corner for a PC case and I don't have space on top of my desk. The shroud measures at 20in x 9in x 20in (L x W x H). However I do want to keep some space for the height and length for airflow. My Rosewill Case fits snugly with about an inch left for height but almost no extra space for width. The case also sticks out by about 2 inches cause I use the headphone jack on top for my speakers.

For reference, the official size for the Cullinan MX is

18.98" x 8.85" x 17.13".

The aesthetic doesn't matter to me but it can't be a fish tank case for space reasons. As long as it has good airflow, at least two 2.5/3.5in bays for my two SSDs (I have two regular 2.5s and 2 M.2), and enough clearance for an ASUS KO 3060 Ti 8gb card and a Peerless Assassin 120 SE, everything else is fair. Bonus points if it has at least 2 USB 3.0 ports in front

Never Played Digimon, Cyber Sleuth a good start?

I've never played a Digimon game but saw Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition is on sale for $4.50 on Fanatical. I'm definitely a JRPG fan (currently playing DQ 11 and FF9 modded) and was wondering if this was a good entry point to the Digimon JRPGs.

I recently bought the game mainly for mods and was looking for something that's similar to how FF7 has New Threat. From what I've found online so far, Alternate Fantasy is pretty popular but is grindy and Necron/Ozma aren't balanced properly. Trance Seek isn't fully complete yet, only having new content for Discs 1-3. I don't know too much about Ferny yet.

What do you folks recommend I go for first? I'm not looking for something that's super hard but adds enough new content to make it different.
