Is there a way to make the toolbar and keyboard share the exact same background color?

As you can see in the screenshot, the toolbar area has a slightly lighter/grayish background, while the keyboard below it is a solid black. It looks a bit disconnected.

For those already using One UI 8.5, does the white border still appear when using 3rd party icon packs, or are they finally gone?
