What’s a good daily ad budget for a small e-commerce business? Products price range from 40-60$

For those of you running ads, how consistent are your daily orders?
Is it normal to get around 8–10 orders one day and then only 1–2 the next, even though your ads are still running? I'd love to know what your typical week looks like because the daily fluctuations are stressing me out.
