How do I start walking? I make hardly 7k steps a day.

Same as the title!

Due to my bad health, I've started walking, I'm trying my best to walk alot. But barely make 10k it's 7 at best.

And it's also very hard here to get 10k steps because i live in a building and there's no specific places to walk, I have to walk in the corridors of the building or the parking.

And I also need some motivation, what motivated you to hit 10k every single day?

Please eat food guys!

I've seen many people saying they've lost a lot of weight because they are scared to eat food. I mean 2-3kgs is fine because you cut down junk, but 5-10kgs because you totally stopped eating food. That's what makes your fissure worse in one way.

(This isn't for the cases with extreme constipation or IBS)

Hear me out!

You need bulk, not necessarily that bulkyyy stool, you need the amount/weight of stool for your body to give you natural urge and then you can poop! Or else you won't.

Seee if you eat something wayyyy less than before, your body will digest it and the stool will form, but not exactly how much it needs. That already formed stool will stay in for a longer period. When there's more food and more stool has formed the urge starts...andddd the old ones gets dry and hard, cutting or triggering your fissure!

I'm here talking from experience. I stopped eating nights for days because I was scared of pooping, there wasn't any urge for 2 days. I was like 2 days of no pain yayyy! Nooo, it increases! Doubles! Triples! The next BM.

You might have heard or experienced when you're on a calorie deficit you might get a bit of constipation. You won't even notice, but there's a chance of it!

This isn't extreme constipation tho :) but with the fissure the pain is 100× more!

So change ur diet and not reduce it totally! Add the proper amount of fibre.

Oats for Breakfast

Fruits for mid day snacks

Lunch something light or like a Rice bowl?

Have some drink (not alcohol) eg : coconut water, juices, lemon water, tea or coffee if it doesn't hurt you.

Eat some fruits and some snacks which won't hurt you (popcorn doesn't hurt me, so I eat them, find out)

Dinner may be the same as breakfast or lunch.

Please Eat! You don't wanna be weak and spoil your health even more.

Eating food at least keeps you away from depression :)

Eat food, drink water and stay positive! It's all gonna end and we can eat our chips again🥹😂

So much tightness ig

Okay hear me out!

I've again started taking psyllium husk because my poop has become so small and not binding together, it falls like small blobs (very soft).

And also I'm on peg 3350.

The thing is i usually have so much urgency after i wake up! Like i can't even open my phone to check anything and I have to run to the bathroom. For the past one week, there's been no natural urgency. I wake up, try, nothing happens, walk and do a sitz bath and feel slight urge. I sit on the toilet and have to slowly breathe! Moo while you poo! Then only it comes out. After that it's not pain, it's heaviness! It feels heavy and closed down there. I've already posted so much about this 😭 but I'm not understanding whyyyyyyy😭

The stools are not even binding,not type 4 or even mushy, it's blobs (softttt) slowly falls tooo😭

Walking does help, not totally.

Sometimes I'm even unable to pass gas, I have to walk alot or sit on the toilet and try to pee so that it opens and gas comes out

And coming to pee 😭

My god, something i actually tell myself okay peee nowww and breathe slowly so that pee comes out😭

Even my vagina sometimes give some stings or spasms for 2-3 seconds

I do child's pose, happy baby and deep squats.

Okay, you say squats are bad, but while doing them I can feel my pelvic opening and my gas passes 😭

I eat bananas, eat bulky foods and also take husk, why is my stool still fkcng small and not bulky????😭

Also, yesterday night i had some pain on my left lower abdomen pain..for a few minutes.

Why is my stool so small?? Like many small pieces come😮‍💨

I sit, it starts falling, smaller, blobs type ig. It's not hard, it's very easy to pass, but it hurts because they are small and are triggering fissure while passing many times. (Idk how to explain) And it happens multiple times, i poop this type of shit 3 times a day?????

Basically, I have an anal fissure which is very much healing and I have pain basically maybe once a week. I have good fibre and water intake and also on miralax, but the Gas. I fart like crazy sometimes.. it usually starts at night, after my dinner and my daily dosage of miralax, i start farting. My mom laughs at me coz of the amount of fart😭😭

Is farting so much mean any signs of constipation? Or is it normal?? It doesn't happen everyday, but most of the time.

The title sounds a little dramatic. But hear me out plssss!

Generally the pain while passing the stool is zero, like I don't even strain, I don't try, i sit and breathe for a few seconds and everything comes out without any pain or soreness. But after i poop, I can physically feel my hole closing! While that happens the pain starts. It's not even sharp or cutting type pain, the soreness kinda pain. And i try to push it open due to that sudden pain 😭 which makes it worse.

I do sitz baths and then lie down completely still for 10mins. Sometimes some Yoga.

Is it normal or is my pelvic floor becoming dramatic???

An ew post and moment .

I pooped and had some discomfort and pain, like always. After some time I had to pee. In my underwear, there was something!! Like a folded skin, idk what it is. I didn't even touch it. I just threw water and cleaned it. Now I'm thinking, what can it be??.?

Okay, after so many errors I might have found something.

  1. 500ml water before sleep, I'll stand on this forever! Don't force it down in one go. Drink it slowly before bed. You'll make a habit of it

  2. Fruits like papaya/banana in the morning with breakfast, i used to eat them at snacks but idk, with breakfast it feels good. Prunes help ig, i never found them so never tried them

  3. Dates! Eating 2-3 dates a day, no hard tip and easy passing of stool..(i eat more than 3, you don't do it suddenly)

  4. Walking. I know you've heard this so many times. But 20mins walk after lunch and dinner makes alot of difference. A lottttt !! I mean it. I wasn't very happy about walking either, but it made my pain very less, so yea walking it is. Every night. I do 40 min walk and mann it helps. (It even releases the gas, no more fart constipation 🤣)

  5. Very light dinner. I started having less and light dinner, like curd rice or some 2 chapati and lassi.. it doesn't bloat me or gives me sudden urgency.

6 coconut oil, the dry tip doesn't feel much dry (hehe)

  1. If you aren't constipated generally, and while pooping the first part feels like it's cutting down (it's type 4 or 5 stool) you might consider reducing a bit of fibre, you don't need 30-35g fibre everyday. Do 20 max.

More fibre means more bulk or it was pushed down to rectum way before, which mayy make it a dry tip.

  1. Sitz bath before poo, when I was a bit constipated, this helped, even when the urge is present, be safe, do a sitz bath..

  2. I haven't tried this, but. Wake up at 4 am, drink 500ml water or more, walk for 10 mins and then sleep (if you don't have urge), it helps with that dry and hard tip. Idk how.

  3. It's not dry, it's just tired waiting to come out, be optimistic about it ✨🤣
