Hi I know of about 5 people who have had letters in the last 10 days saying there pip is being extended for another 3 years ..... I moved over to UC voullentatrlly from CBESA with a IR top up in mid 2022..... I'm 6 and a half years since Reassessment and 4 and a half overdue , I'm not sure if I'm right because last time I read some wrong information and was told to stick to reliable sites from people in here , so I've tried to read reliable sites like Benifits and work etc , I read that they are extending pip awards so they can clear a backlog of existing WCA Reassessments , I think that's right 🤷 I'm more asking if I'm right in what I'm thinking , I don't understand stuff to well so I normally come here to ask if I'm correct ..... I just wondered if that means I should be expecting a Reassessment soon

Just need a few questions answered

Incapacity Benfit from 2008 to 2013

CBESA with a IR top up 2013 to mid 2025

Then vounterally moved over to UC where I now get New style ESA and lcwra

In all that time I've lived in the family home ....

Mum , dad , me and my brother

Mum gets state pension and never been on Benifits

Dad works and state pension , never been on Benifits

Brother works , never been on Benifits

And I just get New style ESA and lcwra

1. In around 2010 mum moved out the family home

2. Mum and dad got a divorce

3 since then mum and dad reconciled and mum has been living here for 7 years

I didn't have to inform the DWP about any of this did I ??

4 .Also the m pleased to say that mum and dad are going to get married again

I don't have to tell DWP of this either do I ?? It has nothing to do with what I claim

5 .And finally , when I moved over to UC the online form asked a question how many people live with you ...... I put 0 ..... I've been informed that this was the correct answer as I live in the family home and my mum dad and brother are not part of my family unit in regards to my claim .....

If someone could answer these questions for me I would be most grateful ..... Could you number the answers as I have the questions as I get confused

I've been continuously on Benifits since 2007 ..... I definitely think over the years it's made my condition worse , it's just constant fear and panic all the time ..... My mental health has been terrible for many years but I've never been as determined as I am now to beat my demons ..... I've set myself a target of coming off Benifits by the end of the decade ..... I live with my parents and they said they will be able to surport me then ..... I'd save some of my Benifit aswell , maybe 5000 or so as a buffer incase I really needed it ..... I just spoke to someone who informed me that if I came of BENIFITS after 20 years suddenly that it would cause a investigation ..... This is exactly the sort of things that I'm talking about , just constant fear and doom all the time for do long ..... I just feel trapped wether on Benifits or wether I can getuself off of them by then

It seems a lot of people like JBL , then alot of people don't .... I'm not sure if it's just about people liking a brand and will never hear a word against it , bit like a cult ( sort of like people that know how despicable Donald trump is but still love him no matter what ) .... Can I ask , with these standard UC case reviews are they just completely random or are there circumstances that have more chances of getting them than others ? .....

I get new style ESA and lcwra , Im unemployed and live in the family home with my parents and my brother , both my parents get state pension and my brother works ..... No one else in the home gets Benifits .....

I've been getting ESA for years but mid may 2022 I voullentatrlly moved over to UC ..... I've been on it for four years now and never been asked for a review .... I get very conflicting answers in response to this , while I know reviews can be random alot of people say that risk factors such as housing etc come into it .....

If I was on CBESA with a IR top up for years and the ESA department always paid my ESA into the account I gave them

And then I voullentatrlly moved over to UC where I now get New style ESA and lcwra , which I have been on for 4 years

When I gave UC my bank details I had to give them a different account to the one I gave ESA because it had to be a debit card account ....

So for the first three years I had my new style ESA paid into the same account that my CBESA had always gone into and my UC into the new account

ESA only ever had the account I gave them years ago

UC only had the account that they paid my UC into

I thought considering it was all DWP they would know about everything

Anyway a year ago I rang ESA to tell them that I wanted my new style ESA paid into the same account my UC goes into ( just to make it easier in one account ) I told them I was going to close the account they had previously always used..... The lady said wait until your first payment goes into your new account before closing your old one ..... I did this and then closed my old one

So now everything just goes into one account ....

Although now I'm a little worried as I'm wondering if I should of told UC of that account that my ESA went into aswell ?

I distinctly remember on the UC online form that it only asked me for the account I want paying into it never asked about any others , plus I thought it if ESA have it then UC would know of it anyway ......

But I've been told by a few people now that UC don't have the same info as ESA .....

If this is the case I don't want to open a can of worms by telling UC about it now and plus it's been closed for a year ..... I'm just worried that if I get a UC review they may already know about it and want to go back 5 years because I never told them or even worse they go back a year see it on the statements and want to go back .....

Now I think I'm hoping it's best if they didn't know about it and hopefully won't go back far enough on my statements to uncover it , if they ask if I have any other accounts I'll say no because it's true because as I say it's been closed a year now

2 questions please .......

Firstly I have had , I would say , roughly 5 Reassessments in that time .....

For nearly all of them it was a ESA 50 form with it's descriptors

My last Reassessment was November 2019 and I was due another in November 2021

I'm worried that when my reassessment comes around it won't be an esa50 , it will be the wca50 and I don't know if I will meet the descriptors on it

See because I was Reassessed for CBESA surport group with an IR top up at my last Reassessment I'm 2019 and then vounterally moved to UC in mid 2022 before having another Reassessment , even though being on the surport group automatically qualified me for lcwra and that's what I receive , I've never actually been assessed purely for lcwra .... I'm worried that the bar for qualifying for it is different to my old legacy award and I'll lose everything ......

All though I suppose alot of people are in that boat as even though they never voullentatrlly moved over to UC from legacy Benifits they were actually managed over ..... So technically they will have never been assessed for UC ....

Secondly in regards to Reassessments , I know no one quite knows what's going on or when they will restart but I was just wondering when they do start will I be top of the queue , my thinking is that because I was due one in November 2021 it's getting in for 5 years overdue for me .... I was just wondering people's opinions on wether people who haven't been reviewed for the longest will be the first people they weed out

Right , I posted on here a couple of days ago because if just bought a beam 2 , sub mini and I wanted to see if pairing some era 100s was a worthwhile idea ..... Anyway I was told that they definitely were worth it , so I I went and got myself a couple of them ..... Cut a long story short they definitely were worth the extra bit of coin

Now I know that some geezer called Peter pee on you tube has done the best settings etc .... And I know he's the main man for all things sound , but I've done his settings and I can't help but think I'm not getting the most out of this amazing little set up ....

So if anyone could be so kind as to tell me any different settings they may have that I could try id be proper grateful .... I know that settings are a personal preference and all that but Id like some already tested and tried from other people and maybe I could work off them

Quick question ..... If you told ESA department of both your bank accounts but only told UC department about the one your UC goes into because you thought UC would have the information from the ESA department anyway ...... Does UC have information of both aswell

Just read something on the scope website about a fella who had his ESA paid into one account and his UC into the other .... He only told UC of the account that his UC gets paid into and closed the other account over a year ago , he just had a compliance interview because UC knew about both and said he only informed them of one ....

He said that they made him give them statements from the beginning of his claim to make sure he was eligible from the start of his claim up until now ....

I'm a little worried as I have actually done the same thing .... ESA know of both my accounts but don't know I closed one of them ....

He did mention something about they had reason to believe he was over 6000 at a certain period before his UC claim ....

Which makes me think it was something to do with them thinking he was over 6000 that maybe they made him go back to the beginning of the UC claim ......

I can't see why they would go all the way back just because he told the UC department he had one account and the reason they went all the way back is because they had two on file for him , surely if that was the case and especially if the ESA department knew of the account anyway they would just want to see the last 4 months and the last statement showing it was closed 🤷

I've noticed the irregular heartbeat symbol has come up on my Omicron machine around ten times since using it .... Must of used it 150 times ..... I do suffer from serve OCD and intrusive thoughts and extreme stress and anxiety ..... And I do feel like my heartbeat flutters occasionally but as I say I'm in a constant fight or flight state ..... Just wondering if that symbol is anything to worry about

I've been using the ordinary hair peptide restorer serum and I could swear it's make mg me dizzy ..... Anyone else encountered this
